The self-serve check-in experience was extremely laborious, requiring all of my personal and trip details be re-entered multiple times.
The hotel comprises of 2/3 buildings with our room, and many others, being 2 elevator joirneys and a lengthy walk from the reception and only entrance/exit.
The room itself was well kept, however, the television provides only terrestrial channels absent BBC, Channel 4, and any digital channels. There was a Chromecast, but this required resetting several times in order to work and would cease working after a period of time.
