I selected the hotel because they offer courtesy transport from the airport. It was not available. I made seven calls to the hotel. None of which were answered. I paid for a taxi and no-one was manning the reception. Eventually someone turned up and explained they were extremely short of staff. Checked in and found there was no food available. They suggested ordering food in. No local restaurants would deliver. The management need to be aware of this.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed not so comfortable. Area is very far from Bristol or Bath. They have transportation to airport and we rested instead of try to go anywhere. Sheep and birds to observe but a bit disappointed that we couldn’t get to Bristol easily to look around. Not their fault but I’ve decided to stay city center when we travel next.

A very pleasant experience all around A matter of minutes from the airport, and with the transfer shuttle provided, it lessens the pressure of a very early flight. The staff are brilliant, and hotel has it all. Total satisfaction.

Good basic stay
Travelled with a wheelchair confined elderly relative. The staff were brilliant and really helpful. Rooms standard, with the bathroom a bit small. Not enough disabled parking, although do think some were being used by non disabled as the car park was full. Food was average.

Excellent except the gym
The hotel is very good and so convenient for the airport. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. The staff are very friendly but sometimes a bit overstretched My only criticism is the gym. It’s good they have a mini gym but it’s high time they changed the equipment. The treadmill wasn’t working at all and it must be the original cross trainer. It made so much clanking noise you couldn’t hear the TV at full volume I’m not sure how much it’s used, in its present state probably not much. It really is time to spend some money on it

Overnight stay
The hotel was fine but a little far away without a car . Shuttle bus not running regularly and taxi service difficult to get.

2 night business stay
Hotel offers airport parking so this limited spaces for normal guests. Rooms were very dated and worn and this should be reflected in the price. Restaurant meals were mediocre (including breakfast). I stayed here for business this time because the last visit was really good, sadly this was not the case this time

The first room we checked in to had no heating control, the ac wasn't working. There were stains on the carpet. We were moved to another very nice room which did have heating. In the morning however we discovered that the shower leaked and the carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet. The staff were very helpful and friendly however. It seemed to me that the facilities needed updating

A one night stay with family on our way on holiday. Rooms very 'airport hotel' but perfectly acceptable. Restaurant Ok - but limited choice for vegetarians. eg no dessert! The staff worked hard but were clearly in need of more help.

The sink in the bathroom was almost blocked, bad stains easily noticed and breakfast on the first morning at 8.45 little left to put on the plate. Dinner in the evening was excellent / both evenings. Reception on the day we left were very, very helpful when I briefly lost my wallet. I have found out today that I have been charged twice for one night, so I will now have to sort that out!
