“The hot tub was closed. The womens washroom by the pool was out of service. The TV in our hotel room did not work. The hallways smelled of stale cigarettes. The room was VERY overpriced for what was provided. But the front desk at check-in was very nice and helpful.”
“The day we were traveling to this property the smoke was extremely bad which wasn't the case earlier. The AQI score was the worst. We were traveling with 2 small kids and hence didn't want to risk staying here and asked for a refund or credit. But the property refused saying it's against their policies while acknowledging that the smoke issue was really bad.”
“I would never stay in this hotel again. There was hair on the bed, bugs in the room and the location was terrible. It is on the outskirts of town. If you want to eat be ready to travel 10-15 minutes to restaurants. The breakfast selection was the worst I have ever seen in any hotel. Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.”
“Very nice hotel to stay at while passing through. The room was a good size, and the internet speed was decent. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the staff were wonderful. Next time I stay, I will pass on the Rick's Grill option for breakfast. Very unappealing breakfast, to say the least. Other than that, highly recommend!”
“The pools were great as always, restaurants good, and overall we had fun, but I was surprised with the poor condition of the rooms and general lack of cleanliness. Chairs and carpets stained, dirty dishes in the cupboard, everything just felt sticky, not wiped down. Bedding and towels were clean but for the price of the room, this is really not ok.
In the hallway the same Cheerios were there all week and elevators, doors and windows were always dirty snd smudgy.”
