“Room was smelling bad the box spring for the bed was on th floor. Spent 1 night. Had to get another place stay after 1 night. My husband became ill 3 days after we left. Was allergic to moldy smell”

“Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly”

“Our 3 bedroom was immaculate and just as promised. The resort was quiet despite our stay during March break. We enjoyed the beach, yoga room, gym and the on-site restaurant. Staff were respectfully friendly and always available to help including concierge. It was a truly relaxing environment in a remarkable environment. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.”

We rented a car and wanted a property that had good location, parking and a comfortable apartment style living arrangement which we got. “In general this is à great hotel for the price! Good location, close to Sandy lane beach even if we needed to slip through private properties. Hotel has à kitschen and room is big and comfortable! Very Nice service in reception! But wi-fi, safety box and towels for beach unfortunately cost extra. The swimmingpool is very nice and restaurant is ok. We could definitely stay here again!”

“We had a fabulous time at The Coral Reef Club , from The amazing Food , Beautiful accommodation to a wonderful staff , the accommodate your every Wim , so attentive and pleasant. Every spot at the beach is great . Water sports included . I would ask for a meal plan we were unaware of it and it does save money , especially since there’s just one restaurant for whole Place . “Some really nice members of staff but more than a few were plain rude. "How can you have been waiting for 25 min when we've only been open 21 min?" was the reply when all other 4 tables had been attended to and serviced and we ignored. Plain lies about rain so they don't need to walk to the Sunset Deck. Simply pointing to our kids menus rather than picking them. up. Very sad for such a nice place.”

“The location of the property is great! Easy access to the boardwalk and multiple beaches, restaurants, malls, and Oistins! The food was very good. Particularly enjoyed Umi restaurant and the buffet always had lots of variety. The staff are very kind snd helpful. Great resort vibe; very chill and easy going. Spent most of our time in the clean comfortable beach. No issues with loungers or umbrellas. We didn’t enjoy the pool very much but there’s no need for it when you’ve got the beautiful waters...

“Not worth the money. This hotel gets very little maintenance from what we observed. A few things didn't work like the sidewalk lights leading to the Castle view restaurant. You walk at night in pitch dark. You need to use the flashlight on your phone to ensure you don't trip, it's so dark. According to staff, lights have not been working for months. For wine they show 4 different kinds of wine available in both red and white but they only keep 2 of each on stock and not even the ones listed on...
