Located in the grand Villa Chadourne, in a brazier, typical stone of the region, built at the end of the 19th century, this architect-designed house has been completely renovated into a private mansion.



Do not hesitate to find yourself there, with friends or family, in complete privacy thanks to its 8 apartments.

These accommodations belong to the Property in Brive domain.



The flat comprises:



From a bedroom corner with a 160 bed.

From a bathroom with a shower and WC: hairdryer available.



of a fitted and equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a microwave, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a fridge, everything needed to cook and eat.



from a living room corner with a dining area and a living area.



In OPTION:



Meal tray: delivered to your room upon arrival, to be ordered no later than the day before your arrival.

Breakfast basket: to be ordered no later than 5 pm on the day of your booking.

Travel light! We provide bed linen, towels, shower gel shampoo, toilet paper, as well as welcome coffee and tea.



CLEANING and LAUNDRY Only Laundry is charged, at 10€ within the price of the night. Cleaning is OPTIONAL, upon request, for 20€. We reserve the right to charge you for it after your departure if it has not been done.
