This property enjoys a lovely position, above the harbour in the fishing town of Brixham, with only a few minutes’ walk to Brixham marina and Harbour. Here you will discover a selection of seasonal events and attractions, together with boating and fishing trips for exploring this beautiful stretch of coastline. Brixham town boasts a good selection of restaurants and cafes, offering locally sourced menus including freshly caught seafood all year round. Days at the beach are easy to enjoy here, as there are several beaches within easy reach of the property, including the town's main Breakwater beach and St Mary's Bay and Fishcombe Cove, which are a bit further out than the others and therefore quieter. Those wishing to get active can test out the coastal paths leading to attractions such as Berryhead National Nature Reserve or the neighbouring town of Paignton or Dartmouth.

On entering the cottage, it offers a cosy, home-from-home feel. Prepare delicious family meals in the well-equipped contemporary kitchen, which contains a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven, halogen hob and microwave. There is a separate dining room for enjoying meals together, which seats six guests and overlooks the patio through French doors. At the end of a long day on foot, retire to the lounge’s comfortable corner sofa to watch the Smart TV or simply enjoy a good book. On the first floor, there is a light and bright king-size bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash basin. On the second floor, you will find a double bedroom, together with a twin bedroom.

Heading outside from the first floor onto a sunny balcony, which offers plenty of seating for you to relax with a glass of wine or enjoy a meal at the end of the day, whilst soaking up the sea air as the sun goes down over the harbour below. Parking permit for 1 car available to guests. With regret charging an electric car is not permitted at this property, however Ev charging is located at the Marina (an extra charge), where the guests can park there car, using the parking permit which is provided for this property
