The town has a maritime history and the harbour remains the heart of it and offers visitors a choice of boat trips, from relaxing tours of Torbay, accompanied fishing trips and a regular service across the bay to the resort town of Torquay. There is plenty to see and do, from beaches and restaurants and even a fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, The Golden Hind. Further afield, the towns of Paignton and Torquay are also popular destinations with visitors and other attractions include the golden sandy beaches, a zoo, an aquarium and a wonderful steam railway which runs through the Dart Valley.

Enter into ground floor to the open-plan kitchen/diner with patio doors out onto a balcony area with amazing views. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Heading down to the lower ground floor, you will find the lounge with bi-folding doors to a decked area with garden furniture. Relax in this room on the comfy seating and catch up on your favourite film on the SkyTV with Sky Q package including Sky Sports. Just off the lounge is a snug where you will find a TV, PlayStation 4, and a utility area with washer/dryer. Leading off the back of the lounge there is a separate bathroom with hand-held shower over the bath and WC.
