Unsere This ground-floor, detached vacation apartment is located in our romantic, park-like, small complex, nestled in the enchanting natural surroundings of South Jutland with its lovely rolling hills, just a short walk from the beach. The 40,000-square-meter natural property consists, on one side, of an untouched area with mowed hiking trails, an eco-meadow, and a mixed-fruit orchard, surrounded by hedges and woods; and on the other side, of a park-like guest area with a sunbathing lawn and a garden pavilion. There is therefore plenty of space for both activities and relaxation: a children’s playground with a playhouse, a pygmy goat pen, a small sports field with a soccer goal, badminton and netball nets with various accessories, a barbecue and fire pit, idyllic access to the nearby beach, and biking and hiking trails offering diverse beach and forest scenery around the Broagerland Peninsula. Benches for relaxing with a view of the sea, a garden, and a private covered terrace with plenty of patio furniture. Excellent swimming opportunities on both bustling and secluded beaches. Excellent shopping and very good restaurants in nearby Sønderborg and Flensburg. A wide range of cultural activities on both sides of the border, including active pursuits such as hiking, cycling, horseback riding, fishing, scuba diving, sailing, golf, steamboat cruises, surfing, and much more. The modern and comfortably furnished apartment is attractive and available year-round. Thanks to the high ceilings and additional skylights, the rooms have a spacious, bright, and modern feel. Central heating in all rooms, oak hardwood floors, 51 square meters, two bedrooms with wall-to-wall double beds in the traditional alcove style, large, bright living room with a freestanding kitchenette, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, dining area for 4 people, and all the amenities needed for self-catering, bathroom and separate toilet, satellite TV (with German-language channels), radio with CD player, DVD player, private covered patio with furniture, lawn for sunbathing and relaxing with plenty of outdoor furniture, private parking on the property, and internet access via hotspot/Wi-Fi. A wonderful vacation spot where guests can feel completely at home and are warmly welcomed.
Our common areas in the historic farmhouse are a very special attraction. There you’ll find, among other things, an extensive German-language library with over 1,000 books, a large DVD collection, a fully automatic coffee machine, a beer tap, a large stove with an oven, a washing machine and dryer, and much more.
