“We stayed at the newly renovated motel, where owner David was friendly and helpful. The charming motel was perfect for our last-minute trip to enjoy the foliage at Mt. Greylock. They served spiked apple cider, a wide selection of local beers, and canned seltzer at their bar. We went to a cozy old-fashioned restaurant just 10 minutes away for dinner. “This in was such an unexpected find. From the outside it looks like an old fashioned roadside motel but they’ve done a beautiful renovation / upgrade and the rooms are spacious and modern with nice touches like healthy snacks , a good coffee machine, noise machine , super comfy bed. Bathtub is always a nice plus. Second surprise is that breakfast is all homemade and delicious. I mentioned on the phone that a family member has a dairy allergy, and there were 2 dairy free homemade baked goods...
