Come get cozy in our Cozy Nights Cabin! Set back down a tree-lined, paved driveway, the cabin is nestled atop 1.3-acres with peaceful views as you gaze out into the pines. Escape the stresses of everyday life and cozy-up as you relax on the spacious & private elevated back deck overlooking the treetops. Soaring ceilings with 2 stories feature a gorgeous indoor fireplace and large deck.

Timber Creek Trails South area with paved roads and driveway

• Kitchen: Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen featuring a large island with quartzite countertops, stainless appliances, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large farmhouse sink, regular drip coffee maker (filters provided) and a K-cup coffee maker (pods NOT provided). The solid wood river table can seat 8 guests comfortably. 4 barstools line the island for additional counter seating.

• Family Room: two large sofa's (converts to a queen sleeper) two chairs, and 1 leather lounger with ottoman. Appreciate the warmth and coziness of a 4 foot modern fireplace with gas logs that turn on with a flip of a switch. The room features a 65″ HDTV with Direct TV package (PPV not available, Setup for Streaming).

• Two Identical Master Bedrooms: King premium mattresses and luxury hotel style linens. Unwind in the master bathroom suite in the stunning soaking tub. Exit the master suite through French style doors onto a private deck featuring two chairs with a side table. Each bathroom features walk-in tile showers with rain head fixtures.

• Custom Bunk Room: includes 2 full beds and 2 single beds with a 55" TV with Direct TV package (PPV not available, Setup for Streaming). Private bunk room bathroom features include a walk- in tile shower. Has a gaming systems with numerous old fashion video games.

• Outdoor Patio: has soaring ceilings with a superior gas-burning fireplace and 65″ TV with Direct TV package (PPV not available) along with a propane grill (propane provided) for outdoor cooking. An outdoor dining table invites you to enjoy the views as you dine. All outdoor deck space is fully covered.

Other amenities of the outdoor area include:
o Horseshoe pit
o Fire Pit on the grounds for roasting marshmallows
o Top of the line 8 person Hot Springs Hot Tub with covered area.

Cozy Nights Cabin has a prime location in the highly sought-after Timber Creek Trails South area with paved roads and driveway. It is located just south of the Timber Creek Merchants shopping area where you can enjoy Shuck Me Seafood Restaurant, Mountain Fork Brewery and Pizza, Knotted Rope Winery, Okie Girls Ice Cream shop, The Tasting Room Bar and Hochatown Distilling Co. and Gift Shop.

The cabin is approximately 0.5 miles from area attractions of Abendigo’s Restaurant, Grateful Head Pizza, The Blue Rooster, Beaver’s Bend Brewery and Taproom, Girls Gone Wine and Gutter Chaos. Beaver’s Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake are just off of Highway 259

Cozy Nights is a non-smoking, pet-free property. For the safety of our property and guests, exterior security cameras are present. Max capacity for the cabin is 12 guests.
