Alpine Chalet is a private two-bedroom, two-bath retreat located in Hochatown near Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. Designed for up to 5 guests, this cabin blends modern comfort with relaxed, kid-friendly spaces for an easy getaway together.
This is pancake mornings, board games after dinner, and kids falling asleep before the movie ends.

◇ Important Notes:
• Maximum occupancy: 5 guests
• Dog-friendly: Up to 2 dogs with prior approval. $150 per dog per stay. (Dogs only — no other pets.)
• No parties or events
• No smoking indoors, on porches, or on decks. Smoking is welcome in the driveway or in rocked and dirt areas of the property.
• Primary renter must be 25+ (21–24 with prior approval)
• Rental agreement required before arrival

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No extra guests beyond booking

Fees & Penalties:
• Over-occupancy: $300 per guest over max
• Unapproved/unlisted dogs at the property: $300 per dog

Security Cameras For guest safety and property protection, two exterior cameras are installed — one at the front entry and one at the rear/back patio area. Cameras are outward-facing and monitor only arrival, parking, and property access. There are no cameras inside the home.
