This beautifully designed living space offers a perfect blend of comfort and functionality, ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. The living room features a stylish pullout couch that comfortably seats three, complemented by elegant coffee and side tables, an inviting accent chair, and a cozy gas fireplace, all centered around a big-screen TV for your viewing pleasure.
Transitioning to the kitchen and dining area, you'll find a dining table that accommodates four, alongside full-size appliances that cater to all your culinary needs, including a regular drip coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker, as well as all necessary utensils and cooking essentials.
The downstairs full bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower, sink, and toilet, ensuring convenience for guests.
Ascend to the loft area, where a serene bedroom awaits, featuring a queen-size bed, an accent chair, and direct access to a private patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a single sink, a walk-in shower, and a private toilet, with all linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash thoughtfully provided for your comfort.
Step outside to the patio, featuring outdoor seating for 4, while a hot tub offers a luxurious retreat. For those who enjoy grilling, both gas and charcoal grills are available, alongside a firepit with seating for three, creating an ideal setting for gatherings. Additionally, a cornhole game adds a fun element to your outdoor experience, making this space a perfect getaway for family and friends.

General Information – A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty if you are in a rural area. For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a 6% processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4 guests, with NO EXCEPTIONS.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
