Decent

Homes sit back off side of highway all connected in an area with community hot tub. We didnt use it but other guests on the property partied in it. You can hear your neighbors at night or if they are outside. The property has a ropes course outside of the windows of our rental so people running around can be heard. The house is older so the bathtub handles are not secure. Needs to be fixed. The hot water lasted about 3 minutes. The floors were not clean. My feet were black in minutes so take house shoes. It is nothing fancy for 250 a night but it is decent. We stayed april 25 for 2 nights. Hochatown is a 5 min drive north. The town has grown a lot. Lots of places to hang out. 3 wineries. Fish tale was the best. They have great food and wine. The hospitality was top notch at fish tale. Town is booming with tourism.

The dirtiest cabin in Broken Bow

1. There are ticks in the yard. I've pulled 3 off of myself this weekend. 2. We had less than 1/2 a roll of paper towels. We tried to buy some at the store but they were out. 3. We had 1 trash bag. 4. The place is FILTHY. Literally filthy. I know we were charged a cleaning fee but I would bet no one has ever cleaned that unit. I'll attach photos as proof. 5. The tv remote doesn't work. 6. The mattresses are AWFUL. 7. The hot water is good for 3 min or less. 8. The ropes course- that's a joke, right? 9. Our trailer was almost stolen and no one cared. 10. The provided utensils were disgusting. 11. The towels were gross. 12. Did I mention the place is FILTHY? 13. There's only one ceiling fan in the house. 14. There is a disgusting stain on the bedroom chair you attempted to cover with a blanket. Nice try. 15. There isn't one cabinet with a door in the kitchen. 16. The house needs painting inside. 17. The closets don't have doors. 18. You can hear everything the other guests do. 19. The hot tub water says it's 164 days past being changed. 20. That log out front is dangerous. Some people can't walk over that thing. 21. There is trash all over the yard. 22. The ac vents are full of dust. 23. That place is filthy. 24. The shower faucet barely work. 25. There are cobwebs everywhere in the house.

Everything was great, bedrooms were clean and beds were comfy. Quiet area and close to the good food. Checkin was easy and getting in the house was easy. Would stay again.
