The roads are well-maintained, but during rainy or winter conditions, a vehicle with good traction is helpful for added safety.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin or on any deck or patio. If you smoke elsewhere on the property, please ensure cigarettes are fully extinguished — especially during dry conditions — and dispose of butts in the outdoor trash receptacles; do not leave them on the ground. A $500 deep-cleaning fee applies if evidence of smoking is found inside the cabin or on decks/patios.

Pet-Friendly with Care:
We`re happy to welcome your furry companions.
Please clean up after pets promptly and use the outdoor Pet Waste Station provided. To maintain the quality of our furnishings, please keep pets off beds and furniture.

Climate Comfort:
Our cabin features a professionally managed climate system for optimal comfort and efficiency. Thermostat settings are automated.

Premium Amenities & Outdoor Living:
Pickleball & Basketball Court: Athletic shoes only. Please turn off court lights by 10:00 PM.
Hot Tub: Shower before use. No glass, soaps, or oils permitted. Secure the cover when not in use.
Fire Pit: Never leave fires unattended. Fully extinguish all embers before heading indoors.

Trash & Wildlife Awareness
To keep the grounds clean and avoid wildlife, all trash must be placed in designated outdoor bins. Please do not leave trash outside overnight.

Departure & Housekeeping
Check-out is by 11:00 AM unless prior approval for a late check-out has been granted. Adhering to this allows our cleaning team sufficient time to thoroughly prepare the home for our next guest. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 late check-out fee. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide every guest with a clean, well-prepared home.

Before you go, please:

Place all bagged trash in the outdoor receptacles — do not leave trash out overnight
If you brought a pet, pick up all pet waste and dispose of it in the outdoor waste station
We`d also appreciate, if you`re able:

Starting the dishwasher with any used dishes
Removing food from the fridge/freezer
Placing used towels in the laundry area

These small steps make a big difference for a home this size — thank you for helping us keep it in top shape for the next family.

Cleaning: Your cleaning fee covers normal cleaning after your stay. If the cabin is left in an excessively dirty condition requiring additional cleaning beyond standard turnover, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
