These cameras are positioned at the front entrance and the lower deck (forest-facing and backyard facing). These measures are in place to ensure guest safety, prevent unauthorized access, and uphold our commitment to a peaceful, no-party atmosphere.

✔ The Beauty of the Forest: Velvet Pines is a true sanctuary nestled deep within the Hochatown wilderness. While we maintain a strict professional pest control and cleaning regimen, "Mother Nature" may occasionally introduce herself. It is common to encounter local flora and fauna, including deer, insects, wasps, or forest life.
Pro-Tip: To enjoy the interior in comfort, please keep all doors closed and store food properly. We appreciate your partnership in respecting the natural landscape.

✔ Guest Agreement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the booking. By finalizing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the house rules and the use of exterior security monitoring.
