◆Kitchen & Dining◆
You will be impressed by our full-sized kitchen, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 20 people. A spacious dining room table awaits, comfortably seating 10 guests with even more seating for 8 at the large island. With ample counter space, island space, and fridge space, you'll find everything you need to prepare and serve any meal. The kitchen is equipped with high-end faucets, a range, a microwave, and double ovens. Enjoy the stunning views through both the front and back windows while seated on the eight barstools surrounding the island—truly a kitchen you may never want to leave!

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, which boasts awe-inspiring two-story high ceilings and windows that ascend dramatically from the floor. The grand fireplace complements this design, enhancing the captivating views from both the living room and kitchen.

The living room offers unparalleled vistas through oversized floor-to-ceiling windows. Gather around the inviting fireplace and relish in family entertainment on the 70” OLED TV, all while luxuriating in the generous sectional and genuine leather chairs. The cabin's furniture, thoughtfully curated by a Dallas interior designer, ensures a serene and unforgettable stay, exuding the charm of elk antlers, large pictures, cement tables, and tasteful decor.

Continue down to the first room on your left, a charming bunk room with queen over queen bunk beds, complete with a 55-inch smart TV, ceiling fan, and cozy extra blankets. This room has an adjoining full-sized bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub/shower combo.

At the end of the hall, you'll discover Master Suite #1, boasting 20ft vaulted ceilings and unparalleled views through the back windows, and private deck access. The en-suite master bathroom features his and her sinks and a spacious stand-up shower.

On the first floor's east end, turning right past the kitchen, you'll find a convenient half bath.

To your left, you'll encounter Master Suite #2, which opens onto the back deck and a private hot tub. This suite offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, a 55" smart TV, and ample storage space in the large dresser. The master bathroom boasts an extra-large stand-up shower and his and her sinks.

On the right side of the half bath, you'll find Master Bedroom #3, complete with a king-sized bed, dresser, 55" smart TV, and three windows with serene south-side pine tree views. The en-suite bathroom offers an extra-large stand-up shower and his and her sinks.

Upstairs, you'll find a massive loft with a game room and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Off the stairs is Master Suite #4, featuring vaulted ceilings, two large windows with stunning north-side mountain views, a king-sized bed, and a spacious dresser. The en-suite bathroom offers a bath/tub combo and his and her sinks.

On the west side of the cabin, off the game room, is the large bunk room — perfect for hosting the kids. It sleeps six with a queen-over-queen and twin-over-twin bunk bed. Four big windows showcase stunning mountain views. The room includes a 55" smart TV, a built-in Nintendo Switch with four controllers, and games like Mario Party and Mario Kart. The en-suite bathroom features his and her sinks and a stand-up shower.

The game room is designed for endless family entertainment, equipped with a competition-sized 8-foot pool table, a full-sized air hockey table, a 65" smart TV, and a game table with seating for 6, offering a selection of over 10 board games. Immerse yourselves in fun-filled activities while taking in the incredible views from the massive front and back windows.

◆ Exterior ◆
Perched atop a mountain, our cabin boasts the best view in Broken Bow, surrounded by pristine nature. Witness unforgettable sunsets, clear skies, and even rainstorms from this vantage point. The cabin features 5 doors leading to the endless back deck, providing ample seating to enjoy the outdoors throughout your stay. Delight in the oversized hot tub with its own spectacular view, along with a 70" TV, plenty of seating, a cement coffee table, an 8-seater dining table, and a 60" gas grill directly connected for your convenience.

Head downstairs to the incredible fire pit area. Surrounded by massive boulders, stone stairs, and a fire pit embedded in a stone slab, you'll create lasting memories while relaxing, roasting s'mores, and sharing stories under the captivating glow of hanging string lights. Your family will also enjoy the four hammock swing sets, corn hole boards, and a box of outdoor games for endless outdoor enjoyment.

◆ Getting to Know Broken Bow ◆

Welcome to Southeast Oklahoma, a region known for its natural beauty and year-round charm. While many call it "Broken Bow," our cabins are located in the heart of Hochatown — a lively small town where glamping, adventure, and relaxation meet.

Explore nearby hiking trails in the stunning Kiamichi Forest, enjoy boating on the clear waters of Broken Bow Lake, and sip your way through local wineries. Hochatown is full of exciting attractions just waiting for you to discover!
To ensure your trip planning is seamless, we will provide you with an online Area Guide upon booking, featuring a comprehensive list of attractions and restaurants in Broken Bow. This invaluable resource will simplify your journey and enhance your overall experience, allowing you to make the most of your time in this extraordinary destination.

◆ Property House and Security Rules◆
Maximum Occupancy: 18, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through a VRBO-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the VRBO platform, including email and messaging.

✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound. We do not permit the following at any time:

No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties!

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.

Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May and from April 1 to October 1.

Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.

Welcome to the wasp season from November to December and early spring! They are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots. We kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
