This luxury cabin on 1.3 wooded acres features a family sized hot tub, 75” TV in home theater, pool table, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, fire pit, gas grill and large decks. Walk to Hochatown Saloon & Beavers Bend Safari Park; just 1.5 mi to Broken Bow Lake and Choctaw Landing Casino. Sleeps 11 with 4 king bedrooms, 2 master suites, pet-friendly, and room for boat/ATV parking. Luxury, space & fun for all ages!

Bring your cleaning supplies

Cleanliness was lacking. Indoor concrete floor was nice to look at but grimy, as in turn bare feet black. Theatre room was also dirty with food residue in the seats.Outdoor dining table was covered with dirt.Hot tub was not heating properly but was repaired the next day. TV remotes were not working and the primary remote was lost the first night but later found in the bottom of the sofa.Master bedroom bed is sagging. Roads to the property are very rough, partially paved, SUVs and pickups will be fine.We were claimed for 250.00 for supposed dog damage (scratches to a bathroom door) but there was other damage noticed (scratches on the front door that 100% were not cause by the little dog that was present during our stay; the dog does not scratch doors at home). More attention to detail needed prior to arrival. We have had better experiences at other properties in Hotchatown. On a positive note, the property manager was very, polite, attentive and responsive. He offered to send someone late that evening but most everyone had went to bed. The technical issues were resolved the next day mid-day. The property is pretty secluded, neighbors are not very close. All appliances and plumbing worked as expected. Playground are was great for young kids with plenty of space to run and play. The property is pretty inside and out just but the cleaning regimen should be corrected.

Frustrated

For the most part everything went pretty well. However, if you plan on watching any TV in the den or media room your in trouble. We did contact the owner about this issue with no luck in resolving it. I'm not sure the owner really knows what we were dealing with. Fact is the media room was the reason we chose this cabin. Our goal was to watch the college playoff games where we could all sit together and enjoy. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances that did not happen. Note to owner: My suggestion would be to install media equipment that can all be accessed from one controller instead of (4) four. Very, very, disappointed.

Disappointed in Basics

The cabin was beautiful & very clean. The setting in the woods, hot tub, fire pit and playground all came in handy with our group. Some of our disappointments though, were: The hot tub towels, and the towels under the bathroom sinks were all damp. We had to run them all through the dryer again before using them. The hand soap at the sinks was so watered down in the bottles it was basically useless. While the cabin sleeps 11, there’s not even enough forks for everybody to use for a meal. The kitchen only had 1 large pot. Plenty of small but we were cooking for a crowd. Since we were heading into winter, the cabin needs some heavier blankets for the beds. We loved our time together as a family, but paying over 1100/night, we didn’t expect these issues.

This is the Place!

Great location and beautiful cabin. Close to everything you want near and around Broken Bow. This place is conveniently tucked away for quiet evenings but not far from all you want to do. The cabin was clean and came with almost everything you need. Our family from ages 3 up to teens all enjoyed staying here. Plenty of space, things to do, the movie room was a hit as well as the pool table, play set, fire pit, and spa. Book this place any time you are headed to Broken Bow — you won’t be disappointed. Communication was great. Easy checking in and checkIng out. Don’t hesitate! This is THE place!

Amazing Stay

They were able to accommodate our requests and we even booked an extra night! Everything was clean when we got there and pictures online don’t do it justice. Perfect cabin for a big family to relax and enjoy. Thank you for having us!
