“The only problem we had our room was not cleaned. We didn’t want it cleaned the first two days so we put the sign . The third day we wanted the room cleaned for the next two days. They did not clean it the third day we ran out of towels we had piles of tiles piles of washcloth piles are trash, etc. so we went down and we complained and they gave us a $25 gift card that we could use for either Beverly or drinks we did not use it.”

“Absolutely nothing. Only came and did are room one day out of six nights. No mad service.”

““Plumbing leak” and did not get notified (they said they tried). Did not have any available rooms. Sounded like there were a number of people not getting notices. Ended up walking about a mile at midnight with luggage to another hotel.”

“The property was nothing like pictures. It was dirty and disgusting. The first room they placed us in wasn’t even clean. Honestly, for the price it’s terrible and the price isn’t even expensive. I do not recommend.”

“Hot water barely got hot even after 10 minutes. Pool and hot tub were closed and was not listed on web before reservation. We chose this place mainly for the pool and hot tub so that was very disappointing”

“The room and property were immaculate! Great amenities and centrally located to attractions. I travel a lot and I would HIGHLY recommend this property. They have an outdoor patio space with grills, a giant tv and cornhole along with a lounge area. They also have a rooftop lounge space with couches, tables and chairs and a fire pit”

“Nice property but located 20 to 30 minutes from Downtown, RiverWalk, Art Museum, SummerFest etc. One of the best breakfasts ever! Helpful staff. No complaints!”
