“So many difficulties at check-in, had to cancel and re process them like 3 times m, had kids who got impatient, was over charged, then had to call Expedia to sort that out. “I would encourage you to make sure you are in the right room and near the right amenities. Our room was on the bottom level at the back near the lake. The room was aged. Pulls and holes in the bedding. ? Black mild in bathroom grout. Difficulty getting tv to work. Cigarette smoke and weed smoke infiltrating our room overnight. And when the people came in in the room above us… we definitely heard every footstep.”
