âFront desk staff was excellent. Put us in a very quiet room as we requested it during the check in process. Heck in was quick a free a very long day of driving. Room very clean, I very much liked the sitting area and the dishwasher was a real plusâ

âThis is a gorgeous hotel right in the middle of everything--downtown, midtown, etc. Staff was wonderful, rooms spacious and beautiful, dining & bar areas were lovely and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, etc. Just A+ overall!â

âEverything was perfect while my friends and I were staying here for South Alabama Comic Con. The staff was very nice to us and were completely unbothered with us coming to and from the hotel and the convention center in full costumeâ

âEtt mycket fint hotell mitt i centrum. Barnen Ă€lskade utsikten frĂ„n balkongen och poolen. Mycket god frukost och trevlig personal. Vi Ă„t mat pĂ„ en riktigt god italiensk restaurang alldeles i nĂ€rheten. â

âHelt okej hotell för kortare vistelse. OmrĂ„det var lite sisĂ„dĂ€r och svĂ„rt att hitta en vettig restaurang. Rummen var stor och rena, sköna kuddar och skön sĂ€ng. Staden i sig Ă€r inte sĂ„ rolig men fungerar som övernattningsstad.â
âMy complaint is rather minor. Iâve stayed at this property several times when visiting relatives. I know the location of this property, but there is only a very small sign to inform you of the properties location. Even though I know itâs general location, I tend to pass the side street that it is located on. Thatâs it. A minor complaint. Everything else here is great. Especially the staff. Awesome.â
âWhole property was nice. I wasnât here for a long stay just one night but staff was friendly and bfast was an 8. Overall Iâd recommend this property. â
âThe room smelled like dog urine, mold in the bathroom and wasnât very clean. Very noisy from pipes and elevator. Nothing at the breakfast was refilled and what was left wasnât eatable.â
