Entire home - Cozy lake home with private dock. Pet 🐶 friendly - with hot tub

Welcome to The Majestic Moose 🫎. Our beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home backing on to Moosehorn Lake.

New for 2026 season - 6 person Scandinavian wood burning hot tub and Pergola hammock by the lake, AC in house.

The house is situated directly on the lake. Enjoy and unwind by listening to the relaxing sounds of a river that can be heard from the upper deck or at the private dock on the lake.

The dock has a swim ladder to enter the water. The lake is very shallow, and can get nice and warm in the summer months.

There is a very shallow (1-2ft deep) sandy area directly infront of the property. Great for the little ones.
Easy access into sandy area just right of the fire pit.

PLEASE DO NOT JUMP or DIVE OFF the dock.
Test water levels first. The water is depth at the end of the dock is only 3-4ft.

---Water sports---

1x 3 person canoe, 2x inflatable paddle boards, and 2x tube floaties to use on the lake. Life jackets are provided.

There are also some fishing rods to use.

Private setting, complete 2 level house, and lakefront.

2 Bedrooms and 1 full bath are located on the main floor and 1 bedroom with a 1/2 bath are located on the lower floor.

There is a foldable 8ft dining table and enough seats to sit 10 comfortably together.

Additionally there are 2x four person dining tables with chairs located on the basement level of the house and down by the lake.

There are 2 fire pits on the property.

On the main floor living room, there is a 70 inch smart TV with Bluetooth Yamaha home theater system.

In the basement there is a 40 inch Chromecast TV
There is a retro video game box with two controllers with over a thousand games.

Baby and Toddler toys and books.

---Notes---

The washer/dryer is located in the basement and extra bedding if required.

There are 30 stairs down to the main house from the road.
There are also 27 stairs to get down to the lake.

Please note: this is a seasonal home that has no availability at the beginning of December.

The hot tub is closed from October - March, April.
Please check provincial and municipal fire bans prior to using the hot tub.

Our commitment is for our guests to have a relaxing vacation. Unlike other private rentals, our home has no surprise chores for guests at checkout.

This property will not disappoint.

The only requirement is if you wish to use the hot tub.
The wood burning hot tub requires filling (at arrival) and draining (when checking out) for sanitary reasons. Instructions are provided at the house.

Again, Please check provincial and municipal fire bans prior to using the hot tub.

Landscaper may be on property to maintain from time to time. If complete privacy is required please kindly let us know and we will let them know to not attend during your stay.

Special occasions? Our team can arrange to have any items ready at the house for your arrival or during the stay to make it extra special. (Flowers, chocolates, anything you can think of we can do) Costs are extra, please send a message with any questions or requests.

1 or 2 night stays are also available.
Due to our low cleaning fees, the nightly rate for <2 nights will be quoted on individual request basis.
