“The place was a bit dated. The rooms were plenty large but the chairs were not comfortable. We end bringing a patio chair inside.”

“It’s obvious the lack of competition for hotel chains is one of the reasons why this (and other properties) aren’t upgrading or even moderately maintaining their properties. While the staff were very nice, the hotel and rooms felt old, dated, threadbare and in need of renovation. Brown County is stunning … but its hotels leave a lot to be desired.”

“The room was clean and maintained. The owners left a number to call for checking in, while I stood outside in the sun. The property looked rough, it had poison ivy growing out onto the parking lot.”

“There was nothing to like but the price! They have bed bugs in rooms 108 and 111 for sure! They snarl about clean towels and toilet paper. Horrible place and does not belong in Nashville. I was shocked that Expedia even would rent from such a place!! I would recommend Hotel Nashville!”

“Unfortunaly my car was damaged during the night to Sunday the fifth of may. That made me very sorry! When I came out the morning to the parking place I discovered the damage. The space right of me was emty! That distroyed my whole visit at La Quinta.”

“My suite was very spacious and well designed, but I especially loved the surroundings. The grounds are beautiful and make an excellent place for a short walk. It also feels sheltered from the rest of the world--town is close, but it seems like you are far away in a pleasant little town.”

“The room was clean. Our room had the built in bunkbeds and that gave us decent privacy from our kids. But the bed rail for the top was so close to the ceiling it was a struggle to get in and out. Parking was great. Staff was wonderful. Not much else to the room. One very small tv and since the town closes down by 5:00-7:00 a tv would be nice since it was obviously a room for kids too.”

“Rustic. Felt like staying at a family home. Only stayed 1 night but would go back. Breakfast was a nice addition to the stay”

“We checked in the 1st room floors were filthy. We back to the bedroom pulled back the sheets to see if the bedding was clean. There was cookie crumbs and lots of pubic hair on the sheets. Management gave us another room and it was filthy also. Shower had hair in the drain no clean towels. The pool liner was bubbling up all over the pool. They had water under the liner. We went to this hotel last year and it was spotless!”

“Room was clean and quiet. Good rest. Breakfast was a little lacking so I hit the Waffle House. Staff was very helpful when I couldn’t get into the first room assigned because of a dead battery in the door. I would stay again simply for the peace and quiet.”

“Microwave didn't work, hot and cold pipes were swapped in the sink. Turn for hot you got cold and vice versa. Over powering smell of bleach when first entering the room Mattress was firm and comfortable. Shower was adequate.”
