“This place is very run down. I did not feel safe, property is poorly lit at night. I do not recommend this place. Do not be fooled by the pictures on line. ”

“The hotel is dated, washrooms have havest gold toilet, and gold and white tile around the bathtub. Hotel is clean. We had issues with the tv, not working. They moved us to another room. The bed in the second room was sagging in the middle. (Might need a flip)”

“Great property! The staff were amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained. We were a little concerned that the rooms may be a little noisy but we barely heard the traffic at all. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay there next time we go to Kelowna!”

“Once we found the hotel it was excellent. Using maps to get there we were directed to a different hotel. After speaking with staff we made it to the correct location but the name on the hotel had changed to the Double Tree by Hilton. The hotel was newly renovated, beautifully clean and the staff were excellent! Highly recommended. ”
