From the house, deck, or garden fire pit, enjoy peaceful water views of your private pond, where sunlight shimmers through the trees by day and moonlight reflects across the water at night. A beautiful stone walkway winds around the home, inviting you to slow down, breathe, and simply enjoy.

Dogs love it too, with a partially fenced area, room to roam, and private trails leading to nearly 1,000 feet of private Saco River shoreline. Wander down to your own private river access on the clear Saco River, swim or wade in the gentle current, or relax beside the riverside fire pit.

Enjoy the water with two kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboard provided for guest use. A waiver is required, and guests must provide their own life jackets.

Wildlife is part of the experience, with frequent sightings of bald eagles, great blue herons, hawks, deer, moose, bears, hummingbirds, and fish in the river and pond.

As evening falls, choose between two fire pit settings—the garden fire pit overlooking the pond or the riverside fire pit just steps from the water. Outdoor firewood is not provided. Inside, unwind by the cozy wood stove with provided firewood for a warm, relaxing evening.

Perfectly located near Pleasant Mountain, Mount Washington Valley, the Maine Lakes Region, Stone Mountain Arts Center, North Conway shops and dining, the White Mountains, lakes, mountains, hiking, and nearby snowmobile trails, this peaceful retreat is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.
