âLovely corner room, very clean - only complaint is that bath towels are small, rough, and thin, more like you would find in a bargain motel. Bar was nice - staff is great and accomodating, but understaffed the weekend I was there. Desk staff was very helpful. â

âThe front desk staff were outstanding! Friendly and efficient. Even allowing us to check in early so we could head to our event. Free breakfast was fresh and much better than the usual. The property was spotless. Access and security to the hotel and garage were excellent. The room was immaculate and very nicely setup. Will be returning here on our next trip to Hamiltonâ

âHad the private room on the bottom floor. Comfortable, quiet, and homey. The room was surprisingly large. I was given a tour at check in, and everyone there was very kind. â
âThe hotel and its staff were superior from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was about on par with other hotel "free" breakfasts, but it all was well organized, very clean and fresh. The hotel location was great on Upper James St. as there was everything you could imagine within a 5 minute drive. We'll definitely plan on staying here again.â

âGreat budget motel with a great price! Very clean, comfortable beds and when skip the dishes left out utensils with our order the lovely front desk lady saved the day with plastic forks and knives!â
âVery convenient off the highway. I had a beautiful room ... an Executive King. Very clean and quiet. Nice amenities. Breakfast was decent. Great price. I'd definitely stay here again.â
âReception promised to freeze some bottles for us to keep some food fresh but they put it in the refridgerator and everything got ruined. DonÂŽt say yes when you donÂŽt understand a question.â
âwe were very impressed with the South Service Rd Burlington , Ontario Comfort Inn. Good breakfast, nice facility inviting rooms, all round lovely.
Our only complaint was, there is no elevator to the second floor, and my mom who is 95 yrs old has difficulty with the stairs. Especially having to carry luggage.
The night staff was very helpful, and even though she had a broken arm, carried the one suitcase to the room. â
