Spacious five bedroom plus bunk area house. Featuring a mix of 3 king, 2 queen, and 8 bunk beds, There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax, or congregate. Sit on the deck, and enjoy the view, or gather around the fire pit. The out door shower makes a great place to wash off sandy bodies. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, ensuring a nice stay no matter the season. Whether you’re gathering for a family trip or a friends’ retreat, this tranquil spot provides a perfect home base, after a day at the beach, hunting / fishing, or a round of golf. The spacious house is located in Eagle Canyon on the southwest part of the lake, right next door to the largest tract of public hunting ground on the lake (3200 acres) within steps of the house. The Clear Creek Wildlife Management area provides world class waterfowl hunting, along with exceptional, deer, turkey, predator, and upland hunting.
It is conveniently situated next to Eagle Canyon Resort which has a pool (admission required) and general store which has any basic food and beverage needs, including beach, boating, and fishing supplies.
Only 2 miles from Bayside Golf Course, 4 miles from Van's, and 15 miles from Ogallala (Safeway, Walmart, hospital, dining, casino / racetrack.)

- No Parties (we are geared for family stays)
- No Pets
- Park in designated gravel areas.
- Must be age 25 or older to rent
- Quiet hours after 10:30 pm (have lots of fun but be very mindful of our neighbors!)
