“We spent to wonderful nights at this hotel in the heart of BSB. The staff was very helpful and sincerely kind and interested. Every staff member we met greeted us with a big smile and wanted to make sure we had a nice experience of the hotel and of Brunei. The hotel itself is a classic Radisson business hotel with all amenities you could ask for including a nice buffet breakfast. There is a small swimming pool and a gym which we used.

“The rooms are quite clean. friendly staffs. They've helped me and gave me useful information. There are a big supermarket, restaurants and coffee café are near the hotel. It's a bit far from the the attractions but it's suitable for the guests who want to stay the quiet place. But it's not a big problem because I used the Dart (the application like Grab or Uber) to go anywhere. It's very convenient. ”
