“It's difficult to navigate the narrow streets of Montalcino with a car, but the village is well worth it. The hotel is small and the staff very friendly. The view over the landscape from our room (towards the north-east) was breathtaking. No dinner, but a very good breakfast buffet with excellent coffee. The village is good for a few walks, but perhaps even better as a base for excursions; we took a day in Siena. Restaurants are better value than in the larger cities.”

“Helt fantastiskt b&b, frukost av god klass, fina, mysiga rum med fantastisk utsikt. Ägarinnan är trevlig och hjälpsam. Pratar bra engelska! Ligger mitt i Montalcino. Visst det är några trappsteg men ska man bo centralt i mindre samhällen i Italien är detta något man får räkna med tycker jag. Dessutom inte så många steg att inte de allra flesta med normal kondition klarade det. Vår knappt 2-åring klarade också att gå upp och ner utan problem! Hit kommer vi tillbaka!”

“We had a great stay here, the location is just perfect, surrounded by tuscan hills and you shouldnt miss the sunsets, they are exceptional. The hotel is perfect in every aspect, the room, breakfast area and the location. We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant close to the hotel (Michele helped us with the reservation). So I still havent mentioned the best and that was the service and hospitality of our hosts, Michele and Sara. Warm and welcoming and Sara made the best breakfast that we have...
