“Nice hotel good area close to highway”

“Could not take a shower, the tub was leaking from behind the wall onto the floor. It was so bad it flooded the bathroom within 2 minutes. Friend room had a issue with the sink being lose and dead bugs in the floor.”

“This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.”

“The place itself is fine—it’s clean and well-located—but the overall experience was terrible. We went three days without air conditioning. The manager doesn't resolve anything and has a very poor attitude. To top it all off, on Saturday—our day off—a fire alarm activated. before 6:00 a.m. and kept ringing for over an hour, Well, personally, it was a very bad experience.”

“The room is nothing like listed in the picture(s). The walls and floors are dirty. There are holes in the wall under the cabinet, the microwave and cabinets are filthy. I went to the store to buy cleaning products in order to scrub the bathroom before using it. Electrical outlet was exposed; the iron didn't work and messed up my clothing. The only thing that worked well was the AC. Even the additional lock on the door was missing. I have pictures and will add if able to”

“The hotel was a bit sketchy for me. When I arrived my room was being cleaned. When I entered my room it was in fact dirty and bathroom making odd noises like something was gonna fly out of it. Was moved to a other room and it had someone's clothes in it like the room was in use already and white frosting like substance on different parts of the room. Another room I got the toilet was clogged and maintenance person couldn't fix, had to fix it myself. The blanket was all ripped up and raggedy....

“Looks like they added a $10 charge after we left…thought they thought we stayed after 11AM… but we were out of the room by 10:30AM…”

“This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay. As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen. Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel.”
