Great hotel with friendly staff
We stayed two nights at this lovely hotel in December 2022. The room was nice and clean, had a comfy bed, and it was dark and quiet at night. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Good location, great staff! REALLY BAD, DIRTY & LOW STANDARD. Be aware! This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Maximum 3-4 star. Do not buy the breakfast, not worth it its a Motel standard breakfast. With that beeing said, the staff was amazing, good location but the price is not worth it. You can easy book a 2-3 star hotel much much cheaper and get the same standard.

Bra hotell
Fint hotell med bra service! Skön säng och tysta rum. Vi hade problem med kranen som hade fastnat i kokhett läge, men det åtgärdades på en gång. Bra gym med fin utsikt över takåsarna. Fin frukost. Mysiga kvarter med mycket bra restauranger inom 10 minuters promenad.

Centralt vid Avenue Louise
Ett mycket fräscht och bekvämt, och samtidigt hemtrevligt hotell i trivsamma kvarter med närhet till Louise, Stephanie och Waterloo. Bra frukost och allmänt hög standard. Avenue Louise med nära omgivningar är en av Bryssels mest eleganta gator. Därutöver är det utmärkta kommunikationer i alla riktningar med buss och spårvagn.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge - hög servicekänsla
Trevlig personal med mycket hög servicenivå. Rummen vi hade var bra, sängarna bekväma men en del av utrustningen i övrigt kändes lite gammal och sliten (men det kan säkert skilja mellan våningar och rum). I det stora hela ett mycket bra hotell.

Högklassigt och sobert hotell i lugn del av Brysse
Mycket trevligt femstjärnigt hotell i trevlig del av Bryssel, lugnt läge och ändå nära shoppinggatan Avenue Louisa. Stort, bekvämt, välutrustat rum, utmärkt säng, god hotellfrukost.

Trevligt hotell, bra område.
Lyxigt hotell - stort rum med soffa och fåtöljer, skrivbord, badkar och duschkabin. En bit att gå till centrum, men många restauranger och barer fans i närheten. Litet gym som funkade utmärkt om man som jag var själv där (det verkade inte så välbesökt). Dyr frukost, men det fanns kaffe/te på rummet samt kylskåp så det gick bar att köpa hem eget käk.

Bra hotel för affärsresenärer och par utan barn
Väldigt fint rum, stort och välplanerat, skön säng, lite slarvig golvstädning, hittade en glasbit på mattan annars bra service. Kommer säkerligen bo där nästa gång jag är i Bryssel.

Great hotel very clean and comfortable. Given free upgrade to suite without even asking . Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast restaurant very clean and friendly staff and good food. Dining restaurant was good food but let down a bit by lack of atmosphere as we were only ones in it the first night - restaurant staff friendly but not in view a lot of time to ask for things having to wait at bar etc Overall very nice hotel

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man schnell im Zentrum. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Es hat alles gepasst.

This hotel was excellent value for your money. The front desk staff were very personable and willing to do anything to make our stay better. The breakfast was excellent. They even made me an omlleate upon request.

The staff were all excellent and helpful. There was a very large selection at breakfast. The only thing would be that the decor in the room seemed a little tired, although we have no complaints about the facilities or cleanliness.
