Ligger en bit ifrån turiststråken och EU-kvarteren. Hög ambitionsnivå men förhållandevis små rum.

Dåliga sängar och räkna inte med Accor benefits
Fick två smala enkelsängar istället för en king som jag beställt. Sängen var supersmal och jättemjuk så jag hade svårt att sova ordentligt med risk för att ramla ur. Fick dessutom ingen som helst fördel av att vara accor platinum vilket var en stor besvikelse.

Nice beds and great service
I think the beds and the bed linnen was fantastic. Really comfortable. But being a 5 star hotel I think it was quite poor with no drinking water provided in the room. Justone bottle at the time... The service was great and the location. f

Modernt hotell med bra placering
Vi stannade på hotellet i två nätter under en weekend i juli. Hotellet har en modern inredning i svart/lila toner och en bra placering. En halvtimmerspromenad till alla sevärdigheter och fem minuter till den närmaste tunnelbanestation. Vi fick en perfekt service av all person på hotellet. En trevlig innegård att ta en drink på om vädret tillåter. Frukosten kostar 28 euro vilket kan kännas lite för mycket men den är värd de pengarna. Jag kan inte komma på något negativt om detta hotell.

living up to expectations
Upscale hotel, delivering what it promises. V helpful reception staff. The only irritating thing as the waiters at the bar and courtyard area were very slow to offer us a meny or ask what we wanted. They were walking around delivering drinks or taking payments all around us, but never even so much as acknowledged we were there. It took 15 min until we got a meny. This happened twice.

Great design! Great products from Hermes. But beware of rooms close to the elevator - it screams like a donkey and kept me awake...

Very good hotel in the shopping area
Sofitel Louise has a great location if you fancy shopping. It is a 15-20 min walk to grand palace but on the way you pass grand sablon. High quality hotel with great service. Nice hotel rooms with comfortable beds. We were choosen as customers of the weekend and recieved an upgrade, welcome dessert plate in the room and a gift upon departure. Excellent value hotel in weekends.

Mycket trevligt hotell
Jättenöjd efter mina tre nätter på Sofitel. Trevligt läge i övre delen av staden med fina renoverade rum om än något små. Mycket komfortabel säng, bra service (för att vara Belgien) och kommer definitivt bo här igen.

I stayed for a few days and the hotel was conveniently located, easy to walk around. The room was sizeable and the breakfast was delicious. All employees were very attentive. I would definitely come back!

Great location , staff were all very friendly and helpfu, and the room was greatl. The bar and restaurant at the hotel were both incredible and the outdoor courtyard is beautiful. If we come back to Brussels in the future , we'd stay here again in a heartbeat

We had an amazing stay here. Close enough to the main tourist areas but a good walk is required and with the weather that may not always be ideal. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Room was really nice. Would recommend for sure.
