The flat is ideally located in Bruz, in a very pleasant, quiet environment with plenty of trees. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. It's also close to the entrance to Rennes and the Parc Exposition, without any nuisance, and has a large plot of land.
