This is my second stay with Hyatt House. Its only about a 6 munute drive to college campus but its very spacious and the staff always friendly. Plenty of parking, well lit and safe. I like the fact that Target is literally across the street with starbucks as well as Cracker Barrel. I will definitely be staying again.

We asked that our room be cleaned, garbage removed, replenish toilet paper, and replace dirty towels. Came back to hotel and only towels were left in room.

Outside temperature was really cold for central Texas and my room was cold; apparently the batteries in the thermostat were dead and I could not turn on heat. Otherwise, hotel was great!

We highly recommend this hotel. We cannot think of a single negative. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, well priced and easy to get to. We will use them again.

While the space was great and clean, the heater stopped working and it was in the 30s that night and we couldn't warm up. We let the front desk know.

BRINGING IN THE NEW YEAR 2024
We feel in love with this one day stay!!! I live in Killeen, tx and my family lives in Houston, tx. Bryan was the half way marker for us on New Years Day!! Everything was Awesome all the way up to the balcony and breakfast served buffet style. This will be our go to place when we want to meet each other half way. The only think I can say that we didn't like was that we were not aware of the refundable deposit.

It was great location and the staff were great. We just had alot of small issues once we were there, as soon as we went into our room, the water in the toilet was running, the towels had hairs on them, the heater (during our winter stay) wasn’t working. The staff offered to switch our room but we had two sleeping babies and that wasn’t really the most convenient option.

Would Not Return
The initial room we got was very dirty with food all over the carpet. The bedsheets also look like they weren't changed. We immediately requested a room change, which resulted in a much cleaner room. During the middle of the night, I went to the hotel gym. I then came back for a shower but did not have hot water for nearly an hour (it was still only warm by then). This was already 4am and I didn't want to wake my wife and kiddo, so I just took a cold shower in the middle of winter. The staff were very friendly but just way understaffed.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was nice. Everything was great except the 4th floor hallway stunk. Our room didn’t stink. But every time we walked thru the hall it smelled like septic.
