This may be the closest 3 bedroom AirBnB to the A&M Campus...literally 4 blocks from campus and even closer to the shopping and restaurants at Northgate. Enjoy 3 comfy King Beds with a huge sectional sofa and massive TV. St Simons also boast a covered outdoor entertaining area... "Welcome to the Porch!" With ample parking and central location (on the Bryan-side of campus), this unit is perfectly located for all that both Bryan & College Station have to offer. Absolute best value in town!

We are mere minutes away. Please let us know if you need anything. We work diligently to maintain sanitation/cleanliness and inventory in this home; however, if you find something lacking, please reach out, so we may promptly address your needs if it is within our power to do so.

1.4 miles to Kyle Field
- This is a very mixed neighborhood: there are grad students, undergrads, and community of Bryan residents in a colorful mix of races, ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic status with multi-million dollar student high rises next door to community housing
- As this unit is very near campus, it is also near the train tracks that divide east and west campus

walk to the games -1.4 miles to Kyle Filed
Walk straight down the road for 8 minutes and you run right into the Texas A&M campus. And you can literally see Kyle Field from the road out front. One turn and your on Welborn drive with easy access to downtown Bryan or Hwy 6 south to Santa’s Wonderland. Easy access to virtually anywhere in Bryan/College Station.

Fabulous Getaway

This property was spotless and had ample parking steps from the door. The outside space was lovely, but we didn’t have time to use it. We liked the layout with 1 bedroom down and 2 upstairs. The communication from the host was great! We would definitely visit again if our schedule allows!

Friendly hostss

We stayed four overnights and the place was clean and decorated nicely. We were not in need of anything- as the hosts provided well for our needs. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would stay here again of ever in the area again.

Nice stay in Aggieland!

Hosts are very accommodating and take special care of their guests. COMFORTABLE beds! AC works great and they even had 2 electric fans available to use. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe, and loved the very private patio! Parking was so close, and we had the spot all to ourselves. Overall great stay and would stay here again.

Great accommodations for 6 adults

We had a family of 6 adults traveling for graduation. This home has 3 bedrooms each with a king size bed. Two of the rooms are upstairs and each are roomy enough that they contain a small sitting area with a loveseat and couch The upstairs rooms share a bathroom. Downstairs you will find another room with a king size bed with a desk a chair and plenty of room. The downstairs bath is in the hallway and accessible through the hall. There is an outside area with a dining table and chairs as well as a seating area and a fenced grassy area for dogs. The location is close to Wellborn and was easy access to Reed Arena and Kyle Field. The host was excellent at communicating with us and the place was well stocked with basic necessities including coffee pods. When you drive up to the home you will find the curb appeal doesn’t match the interior. However you will quickly forget all about it once inside because the owners have done an excellent job creating a beautiful haven. I highly recommend staying here!.

A&M Vet Student’s Dad

We stayed at St. Simone while move out/into his new place, year two Vet. Med. student (proud dad here). Perfect home. The king beds were firm yet comfortable. Two full bathrooms were clean and the showers have good water pressure. Nice functional kitchen. Bring your own spices, everything else is provided. Comfy television room and eating nook. The patio space was a great bonus…cooled down a bit at sun down. The AC was on point. Randy and Kelly were responsive and kind. Will definitely plan on staying here again.
