This place met all of our family's needs when we stayed here for our son's basketball tournament at Legends Event Center.The customer service by Silvia was excellent. She let us check in early and also check out late. She was very quick to respond to all of our needs.

Our experience was truly fantastic. The host was exceptionally responsive, ensuring that every question or request was answered promptly. The generous check-in and check-out times made our trip stress-free, allowing for a relaxed arrival and departure. It’s rare to find a host who genuinely prioritizes their guests' comfort, and this stay was a perfect example of what great hospitality should be. Everything was great, except we were there for a football weekend and obviously big sports fans. It was an 11:00 start and we were back at the house by 3:30. The cable subscription was basic and we were having trouble getting our ESPN app to work. Would have been nice to have a cable subscription with ESPN and SEC channels to watch other games.

Clean and comfortable. Host is extremely accommodating. Conveniently stocked so we had to buy very little of condiments and essentials to get started. Kids found a water fountain play park a couple blocks away. Great on a hot day.

We booked this house to attend football game. At first it seemed away from things but in the end it was the perfect location. It is away from all the congestion of game day weekend, yet close enough to get to everything quickly. The house was immaculate when we arrived and was looked like everything that was advertised. I communicated with the owner before our arrival and she was very helpful and informative. Next time we are in College Station, we will return to this home if it is available.

This property far exceeded my expiations! It had everything you would want for a vacation rental; super clean, first class appliances and fixtures, comfortable beds and a large, beautiful back yard. I have stayed in many VRBO's and Air B&B's through the years and this is the best by far. It would be perfect for families to gather for Aggie games.

Property was clean and safe. Nice set of linens, including towels. Keyless entry and exit. Close to restaurants and shopping. A few things I would have changed; they had coffee but no coffee filters for the coffee maker (they did have individual coffee pods), extra paper towels, dishwasher soap and extra trash bags would have been helpful as well as useful. I would recommend this property.
