During that time, we made multiple calls and were repeatedly given misleading information, including assurances that the refund was being processed when it was not. We even escalated the issue to corporate, but it ultimately took intervention from our bank to recover the funds. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. “One rung up from a Hampton Inn so at least there was a bottle of water in the room. Light food options for travellers arriving late would be hugely appreciated. The nearby Vracker Barrel, the only restaurant that was walkable, didn’t even serve alcohol.”

“Upon arriving the lobby was nice. Tonight's surprise discovered that the AC was out in the building. When I asked how long it had been out I was told the day before which I later found out was untrue because later I looked at other sites reviews and discovered that the AC had been out for 4 days. They offer no compensation and told me that the only thing I could do was get a refund. They didn't even have free water at the least for the guess.”

“Rooms were very, very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was only until 9am so I missed it. The only thing I didn’t like was the antiseptic spray that the room smelled like. It did dissipate after a few hours. Very convenient area to stay in.”

“I’ll start by saying it’s a smoking free hotel and as soon as you walk in it smells . We went to use the elevator and it did not work which lead us to have to walk up to the third floor with luggage. In the stair case it smells like pets have used the bathroom multiple times.
