“I gave it a 3 out of 5 because the facility generally did a decent job. Rooms were clean, desk agent was pleasant and helpful. While I expected a pet fee, I thought it was high and concluded that after our experience, they didn't do much to earn it. Plus, it was not easy to determine whether the hotel was pet friendly on the Expedia site and there was no mention of a pet fee that I could find and I actively looked. (I found a pet policy on the hotel website but did not know what the fee was...

“Decent location with close proximity to a decent diner. Rooms were clean albeit worn out. Bathroom in particular was in dire need of renovation. Sound insulation was nonexistent and we were woken up by other guests in the hallway. ”

“The front desk staff could be a bit more professional. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk and then when they realized I was standing there, I was ignored while they were talking in the back office. Breakfast was the usual minimal stuff. Oh well... you get what you paid for.”

“Very dirty no breakfast even though it said it had it mold in the area of where the coffee was. The refrigerator had old, nasty rotted, mold, infested milk, but other than that, it was great.”

“This was one of the nicest hotel stays we have ever experienced. We arrived early for check-in, and Brian at the check-in desk was very helpful in allowing us to go to our room early. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and very tasty. All in all an excellent experience!”

“The Inn is located in a central but still calm location. About a 15 minute walk to the top of Greenwich Avenue, and before that, all kinds of services that one may need. A very comfortable nice looking and stylish accomodation. And very quiet! The staff is present on site and availavble as needed, however, they are invisible the rest of the time. This makes you feel like you are staying in a private home...the other guests were visible at breakfast only. Had problems booking an Uber the day...

“När vi öppnade vårt rum var det folk där, redan uthyrt, fick ett annat. Kl 2 på natten väcktes vi av att dörren öppnades - uthyrt till andra! De stängde och gick. Efter en stund kom någon utanför och skrek irriterat och befallde oss att öppna, undrade vem vi var, vi skulle inte bo däretc. Vi var inte klädda och öppnade inte. Jag ringde receptionen fick veta att det var de som skrikit, Vi hade inte blivit registrerade på rummet när vi fick det därav allt jelling! På morgonen funkade inte nyckeln...
