“Wonderful experience! Amazing breakfast with many options. A nice bar and overall the interior design. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel room was marvelous, clean, good room temperature. I highly recommend this hotel if you want something at an affordable/reasonable price, with good service and clean rooms!”

“Utmärkt hotell med fantastisk personal. Rent och snyggt. Bra läge i Waterloo, nära till restauranger och affärer. Hotellet har en mycket bra parkering för sina gäster. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.”

“The property is wonderful; with potential to be somrthing spectacular even as a hotel. It’s not clear if the hotel has the ambition to be a five star and compete with Amigo and Juliana or if they settle for beeing a nice four star. It’s all in the details. Last time they had a menu a la carte for eggs, this time only on buffet. No slippers in the room. No workplace in the room. It is not ok with only semi-functional Nespresso at breakfast. Otherwise terrific.”

“Fantastic stay in our old Hometown Waterloo. Reserved everything through Hotels.com, payed everything with our credit card. When we checked ou we still neded to pay 40€ for ”interest rate”. Will pay by credit card on site next time. Unsure about Hotels.com way to handle payments.”

"They were in central part of Brussels! It was a nice simple hotel, good enough breakfast, But the coffee could be stronger… you need to take maybe 3 espressos to get some taste! But I would absolutly stay here again! "
