Blandad upplevelse
Det blev en blandad upplevelse att bo på detta hotell. Internet fungerade katastrofalt på mitt rum. Jag fick till sist fick byta rum och våning (och du fungerade nätet smärtfritt). Min telefon på rummet fungerade inte heller och jag fick springa ned till receptionen för att kommunicera. En del av personalen var vänlig och charmig, andra inte alls. Det är egentligen ett bra hotell, men ledningen för hotellet bör ta tag i de brister som finns. Rummet var bra, frukosten medelmåttig.

OK hotell dock utan det "lilla extra".
Bra läge och inget större fel på hotellet. Jag fick visserligen den service jag ville ha när jag bad om något men jag saknade verkligen det där "lilla extra" som betyder så mycket. Jag kände mig tyvärr inte särskilt välkommen. Jag tror inte att jag kommer att bo där igen nästa gång jag kommer till Bukarest!

Stayed at this spot in early December 2023 for 5 days. This is NOT "City Center". It is about 600-700 meters from being central, down a dark road in a not-so-great neighborhood. I walked back in the evenings and did not feel safe. A lot of abandoned buildings and not well lit. The front desk staff... The two young men working there were very friendly and helpful. Great folks. There was a lady who worked a couple evenings at the front desk and was mean. For three of the five days, I did not have hot water. I did get the front desk (when they had a helpful person there) call maintenance. A young man came up and did something to fix it. He was very friendly and helpful. However, it was back to cold the next morning and the mean lady at the front desk was no help. Breakfast was great - no concerns there. Room was clean, warm, and taken care of. No worries there. Overall - would not recommend. It was a bit of a scary walk, the front desk was not always friendly, and there were significant issues with the hot water.

Professional Staff.
Great location. Close to city center. Close to public transport. The staff and management were amazing. Mini fridge in the room that you can fill on your own. Breakfast available but not other meals. Lots of restaurants around the location.

After a 3 night stay and I cannot say I have had a satisfying experience at this hotel. The morning after the 1st night I noticed some bug bites on me. I harmlessly assumed they were from mosquitoes or something. After the 2nd night the entire right side of my body was covered. This is side I sleep on and can only be from bed bugs. After this 2nd night I notified the front reception and they put us in a different room. After checking out after the 3rd night front desk asked us if we used anything from the minibar, which we replied with no. They said after this that it's compliments from them but we didn't use it and already checked out? Later that day we went back to collect our luggage and asked front reception to reimburse the tiny cost of medicine which was 60RON (20AUD or 13Euros). They told us that it is not possible for there to be bed bugs and they can't do anything to help... This is after putting us in a different room and being apologetic.

Dear Mr. Ruben Geisler, First of all, we want to thank you for choosing our location for your stay. Unfortunately we are sorry for your situation, however we strongly believe that is not about "mosquitoes or bugs" from our location, because: - First of all you stayed in the same bed with your girlfriend. She didn’t complain about any bites. How is this possible? - We change your room after 2 nights, why did you not came to report your situation after the first night? How is it possible to change your room and to have the same problem? - We did not have any situation like this before and you can check that on all reviews received on any reservation site. How is that possible right now? Regarding the minibar you did not understand correctly. The bottle of water which was on the desk was offered complimentary from our side with a message near the bottle. From time to time, we offer a bottle of water, chocolate or other small gifts to our guests. It was not about the entire minibar. In conclusion we recommend you to have a medical control before blame someone (you can have an allergy), because we repeat it’s strange that you stayed in the same bed with your girlfriend and mosquitoes or bugs chose to bite only you not your girlfriend also and then you request the money for the medicine bought for allergies (Claritine).. To put it friendly, the hotel has an excellent location (walking distance to the old town) & very good breakfast, however, the interior is a bit old. The lift is a fragile vehicle, the hotel room interior looks as it if has been there for many years, the bed cover linen was too small that couldn’t fit two people. We've reserved one of their most expensive suites which, obviously, doesn't get to be occupied too often so they don't bother to verify if everything is working properly. The air conditioning wasn't working, just the fan, which is not so pleasant when the temperature outside is over 40 degrees Celsius. The tub in the bathroom was clogged which made it almost impossible to have a decent shower and, not to forget, the room was facing the street Calea Mosilor which is a busy street, with street cars running there all night. Considering the average price level in Bucharest the cost for this kind of room is ridiculous. Obviously the management feels the proximity to the nearby old town justifies all that. If I have the chance, next time I will look for a diferent place.

Hotelli oli meille sopiva. Sijainti oli hyvä. Huoneessamme ja koko hotellissa oli aivan liian kuuma. Jouduimme pitämään ikkunaa auki, vaikka ulkona oli vain 2-3 astetta lämmintä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

The atrium is a decent hotel but the location is horrible. Graffiti everywhere and decrepit empty buildings and definitely not a safe area to walk in. Even the cab driver told me not to be out of the hotel at night.

Relatively old Hotel. Good location but not a great surrounding. Elevator and AC didn’t work. Nice personnel doing lots of cleaning! Breakfast boring after two days. It is not a 4 star hotel!

Standard, aber gute Lage.
Das Hotel ist an sich nichts besonderes, absolute Standardzimmer, wenig Charme, aber sauber und die Nähe zum Lipscani-Viertel war praktisch (und der Grund für unsere Wahl). Die unmittelbar Umgebung des Hotels selbst ist eher in der Kategorie "morbider Charme" einzuordnen, aber sowas mögen wir. Für diejenigen, denen das wichtig ist: WLAN ist gut.

Lage gut, Hotel gehobener Durchschnitt.
Lage zu Lipscani sehr gut, das Viertel selbst ist abgerockt, hat aber Charme. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind eigentlich nix besonderes, insb für den Preis, aber die Lage ist top. Parken muss man übrigens nicht in der engen Garage, 20 weiter in der Seitenstrasse gibt's genug Parkplätze.

O hotel é agradável, com boa relação qualidade preço. Prós: Quarto confortavel, quentinho, espaçoso, pequeno almoço buffet continental, perto do centro e funcionários simpáticos. Cons: aerea envolvente exterior degradada, localização do estabelecimento em frente a uma linha de tram, impossibilita descansar s/ barulho até às 23.30.

Où sont les 4 étoiles Roumaines!!??
Quartier abandonné assez sale, mais pas très loin du vieux centre (10-15mn à pied). Où sont les 4 étoiles !? Comment avoir 8/10 sur hotel.com !? Nous sommes très loin des standards et notes habituelles pour la Roumanie. Le ménage laisse à désirer, et l'isolation phonique est inexistante: vous vous ferez réveiller par le tramway, mais surtout vous vivez avec les voisins !! Le parking n'est pas pratique, l'ascenseur bloqué par les femmes de ménage, des affaires à traîner, manque de finition ... Points positifs: petit déj compris et personnel jeune et sympathique.

La struttura era orribile,igiene scarsa,servizi nulli:forse tutto in linea con il contesto cittadino.La posizione centrale,con tutta la fatiscenza ,però,di un posto del terzo mondo: d'altronde, Bucharest è terzo mondo.Usciti da quel piccolo spazio della zona centralissima(Lipscani),tutto è degrado,macerie,desolazione.Ceausescu li ha uccisi per sempre.De profundis per loro!
