“Amazing peaceful rural location. We had a lovely two bedroom room, beautifully equipped with lots of lovely finishing touches, like actual milk in a fridge for tea and coffee. Not something I am very used to staying in lots of hotels for work.
The farmhouse is as picturesque as it looks in the photos. Local recommendations for activities and food. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options and cooked to order.
I will definitely be back next time we are in the area. I will also prioritise...

I love the quirky old fashioned styling but it's done in a modern way.
The menu seemed basic but the quality of the food was fantastic everybody should try the prawns starter !!!

Coffee machine in room too small difficult to use.
The noise of extractor fans outside the windows was a constant drone but okay if you're used to noise and not from the quiet countryside.

“Great hotel, modern, comfortable and clean room if a little on the small size. Food was good but would like more menu choice as there aren't really any alternative places to eat nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful.”
“We stayed in the garden suite. It was lovely. My only criticism would be that one of the legs on the futon in the living room area was broken. Our Daughter said the bed in the smaller bedroom wasn't very comfortable so we used spare duvets and a blanket to make it more comfortable. The small garden area was ideal for our dogs to be able to give them some space to toilet etc. The food in the pub was very nice, my only criticism would be the lack of vegetarian options. Overall we enjoyed our stay....
