“What an absolute treat The Red Lion is. I went of pervious reviews and it didn’t disappoint. In fact it exceeded my expectations, what a gem of a place. The Staff were simple amazing, David and Jasmine were fantastic and always on hand of we needed anything. The rooms are so comfortable and modern, the Breakfast was fabulous and the food in the pub was outstanding. My only problem is that I won't have the homemade biscuits that were in the room, tonight with my cuppa tea when i am at home.”

“We had a lovely stay in the George. A wonderful warm welcome and a lovely spacious room. All the staff were friendly and so helpful and attentive. We don't have a dog but there were well behaved dogs there.
Excellent value for money. A short walk to the seafront and the town centre. ”

“Trish and Mel offered an excellent service at their guesthouse, they even met us up at the railway station to provide a short tour of the area.
Every morning at breakfast they asked about plans for the day and provided some additional ideas and tips, wanting to make sure their guests get the best possible out of their stay.
We can warmly recommend Calm Sea Guest House, for several reasons:
Very convenient location close to train station, buses and the beach
