A pleasant week!
It was a very nice room for us, 4 friends, with a great location. The service included cleaning, dishwashing and making the beds every other day, which is well enough. We also didn't get enough towels (they probably forgot) and had to buy our own toilet paper (also prob forgot to refill). Some furniture was worn or damaged, but all was functional, including a very nice air conditioning - useful in the 35ºC heat. All in all a good experience, and very affordable.

Besvikelse
Rummet var inte som beskrivet. Saknade balkong! Queen size säng var i verkligheten en extrasäng/utdragssäng, bäddad på tvären för att se ut som riktig säng på bilderna (samma säng (vita gavlar) finns på flera rumstyper så se upp!). Obekväm och jobbigt att klättra i och ur om man ligger innerst :-( Utsikten var byggarbetsplats med mycket buller på vardagarna. Rummet var opraktiskt inrett, liten TV långt från sittplatser (matbord) och kan knapps ses från sängen. Köket spartanskt utrustat, kunde funnits brödrost, stekspade, någon arbetsyta mm. Bra badrum med tvättmaskin. Städningen bra, kunde diskats bättre, inte trevligt med smutsiga bestick och tallrikar.... Läget är bra, nära affärer, restauranger, tunnelbana och buss. Byggnaden känns säker (dock knappast viktigt i Budapest :-)

As I wrote you on the second day of your arrival, we would be happy to offer you an apartment change since you didn't like the one we gave you, but unfortunately due to lack of response, the apartment change was not done. I would like to clarify some points of your comment, since I honestly must deny for not being accurate. We don't promise balcony in our apartments because despite the most of them have it, not all, so this is the reason why we don’t advertise our property that way, if balcony or views would have been an important request from you, and you would have mention it before arrival, we would have been happy to try to reach your expectations. About the bed, I have to say that in all our studio apartments (the type you booked) we offer double bed. The apartment where you have been has a double bed (1,5 x 2 m) with a normal mattress, not a pull-out bed or a sofa-bed. About the facilities in the kitchen, I must apologize if you didn’t find a frying pan since all our apartments have some available for the clients, but regarding the toaster you are right, we don’t provide them, that's the reason why we don't show such information in our apartment features. I recommend you to read carefully the information of the property on your next trip to avoid such a misunderstandings. Finally, not about our property but Budapest, the city recently received an award for being one of the safest cities in the world, so once again let me disagree with you. According to the policy of the apartment hotel we ask for the credit card of the guest up on arrival as a warranty for us in case of any losses or damages done at the apartment. This info is clearly displayed in our information on the site you used to book with us, we invite you to check the „you need to know” info about our property in Hotels.com. The way we manage with this warranty, is that we ask you for your credit card upon arrival. The only way for us to know if the provided cards are valid and have funds in case of any trouble, is to check them, we dont have any other way unfortunately. In order to do so, we only make a charge and an immediate cancellation of 100 EUR. I am sure my colleagues provied you with the copy of both transactions since we do it with everyone with no exception; in case you didn’t receive yours, and despite you can check your bank statements, please let us know and we will send them to you. Knowing this, I would like to clearly stand that we didn’t preauthorize any amount on your card or neither a deposit. After each successful check we will write down the credit card details to the guest's registration form which we destroy up on check in case the room is given back at it's original condition. We are really sorry about the inconveniences, we would have been more than happy to welcome you again. Kind regards and have a nice day

Perfekt lägenhet för oss
Åkte tillsammans med min son till Budapest och bodde en lång weekend i en lägenhet med två sovrum. Lägenheten hade allt man behövde OCH aircondition vilket var tur med tanke på hur varmt det var i Budapest när vi var där. Området är nybyggt med promenadavstånd till Vaci Utca mm. Ligger precis vid ett shoppingcenter som heter Corvin Plaza. Flera uteserveringar, restauranger och livsmedelsaffär inom några hundra meter från lägenheten.

Fräscha och relativt nyrenoverade lägenheter som har det mesta man kan tänkas behöva. Stabil o snabbt wifi. Tillgång till ok frukost om man vill precis i närheten

Great apartments, super service in central Pest!
Really nice place centrally placed with good connection to everything close by. Big mall just beside and restaurants, cafés, convenient shops and moore in the square outside the apartments. Super service by very nice people that worked in the reception, they should have a raise of their salary Will stay here next time again without hesitate, we loved it. Thank you so much

Tråkigt område att bo i, men det är nära och smidigt att ta sig till lite roligare kvarter. Trevlig personal men rummet stämde inte överens med bilderna på hemsidan. Var fräscht och fint men som sagt inte riktigt vad vi hade förväntat oss. Aningen dyrt för läget och skicket på rummet, hade förväntat oss något lite "lyxigare" för det priset vi betalade. I servicen ingick det att dom hade diskat vår disk, bytt handdukar och tagit ut vår sopor, men vi fick ej nya sängkläder. Annars ingen service utöver det. Trots ett relativt trevligt boende skulle jag nog sökt något annat boende vid nästa resa till Budapest. Kan tänka mig att det är ett bättre boende för barnfamiljer eller liknande, men inte för ett ungt par som oss.

Nice!
Me and my boyfriend stayed here from 12 to 16 January. It was difficult to find the hotel. We were helped by a man from the locals but even he had trouble finding. The room was clean and nice. The view was not great, construction, debris and mud. The tub were not watertight. The shower in the bathtub without curtain made the floor got wet. Silent. Television with few channels. An English channel with just news and the rest in Hungarian. Curiously, in a hotel with foreign tourists. We slept well every night despite the thin mattress. The refuse emptied each day. Despite the fact we only stayed for 4 nights so was the room cleaned and we got new towels. Heating and AC in the room. Comfortable temperature. Tourist Information in the room. Big bed and many pillows. Was a bit to walk to the subway. Stylish furniture, nice flooring, nice kitchen and bathroom. Will certainly stay here again.

Great appartments.
Really nice appartments about 3 km fron central Budapest. The appartment we had was big and clean and the area had som great restaurants and shops just outside. Would defenitly book again.

Good location walking distance to public transportation, safe neighbourhood, good dining options, apartment spacious with good natural light. I didn’t rate excellent as I wish the front desk went a bit out of their way, although I received the generic email asking if I needed any assistance and I understand during NYE most things to do were booked I wish they have provided some options as they were, even when asked where do Hungarians go to cerebrate they knew nothing and clearly there was big celebration on the streets with fireworks and music also I requested a car service to airport and clearly stated I have a lot of luggage I only got at 2:30 am a small taxi we had to wait for 20 minutes for a second taxi out in the cold, coming from service industry the front desk/concierge should go above and beyond.

Well worth it!
The room was very spacious and featured a nice living room, complete kitchen, and balcony. The staff was helpful and accommodating. And the location was convenient, as it was located near multiple types of public transportation as well as places to eat and shop.

Great apartment for a stay in Budapest
The apartment is located in the heart of the Corvin District; all the shops, restaurants, coffee shops are in the near. The apartment is clean, well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Satisfied for business trip.
I had stayed here for about 1months. I was very satisfied everything. It is near by shopping center and nice restraunts. If I choose bad thing in here, it is only about parking lot. It has a parking space but you should pay for it. This is only one bad thing.
