Frukosten var helt ok. Rummet (svit) var lite märkligt med en väldigt dåligt fylld minibar och märklig sitthörna med bänkar. Badrums belysning var dåligt. Kunde varit lite bättre. I övrigt ett bra hotell.

7 nights in a superior room - a great experience!
My wife and I stayed in a superior room at this hotel for seven nights and had a great experience. The room was modern, clean and air-conditioned, it was equipped with a Nespresso machine, a minibar with most of the necessities. Room service was available for additional requests and which we used quite regularly. There was very little to complain about in terms of the hotel facilities or the impeccable service provided, it was very clear to me that the staff (in its entirety) were doing their outmost in order to provide the best service available. Regardless of what we asked for, (and we did ask for a lot), it was taken care of instantly, nothing was too troublesome or difficult. The cleaning crew even left us with little thank you notes, thanking us for leaving a tip. The hotel is in itself quite beautiful and a perfect hotel to stay at for those who already have seen the main tourist attractions and are looking to have a relaxed stay at the hotel and to take advantage of the great service provided. It is not, at least in my view, a tourist hotel that provides fast and easy access to the main tourist attractions in the city. The location is a bit off, but then again maybe that isn’t a problem since the taxi services in Hungary are quite affordable.

Fint hotell med bra läge och bra frukost!
Jättefint hotell med bra standard. Luftigt rum och bra sängar. Mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal som gjorde vår vistelse i Budapest väldigt smidig med hjälp att boka taxi och biljetter till thermalbad.

Ett överlag väldigt bra hotell och väl värt att bo på! Några mindre önskemål om förbättring är väl att städningen kunde vara lite bättre och att ett fyrstjärnigt hotell borde erbjuda även balsam, inta bara schampo och duschcreme. Pluspoäng för cava till frukosten och bra läge i stan.

Amazing stay!
Really lovely hotel in a cozy area with lots of little bars and restaurants around the corner and just a 10 min walk from the most central and busier parts of town. The service was incredible, the rooms were clean and spacious and I loved the mix of traditional and modern aesthetics. We were greeted with champagne and fresh fruits as well as a handwritten card as it was my partners birthday. I do not have a single complaint. Would definitely come back!

Vackert hotell med fantastisk service. Häftig design ända in på toaletten i rummet men dörren sluter inte tätt så det är bra att känna varandra ordentligt innan vistelsen.

Fantastisk personal. Mycket god frukost. Tysta rum. Enda minus var läget som kunde varit närmare både centrum och kommunikationer, men närområdet var ändå helt okej.

Toppenfräscht hotell med trevlig personal och utmärkt frukostbuffe. Hotellet ligger på en mindre gata så det finns ingen störande trafik fastän hotellet ligger mycket centralt. Förutom frukost serveras ingen mat men fram till kl 17 bjuder man på kaffe, te och vatten.Det är gångavstånd till många sevärdheter men även nära till bussar samt T-bana och det finns även flera bra restauranger i närheten. Vi blev väldigt förtjusta i Budapest och kommer definitivt att återvända och boka rum på Palzzo :)

Have stayed here a few times. Always friendly staff and great people. The rooms are starting to show their age. But it’s just that. Age! I’m sure they’ll get some renovations going at some point. The rooms are clean, well equipped and the cleaning staff are great. Treat them with the upmost respect. Thank you for another great stay.

The property is located in a good area for transport and airport bus. There are extensive roadworks going on around the whole property and this would make it inaccessible for any disabled. Staff were efficient, but not particularly friendly. Breakfast area not cheery, and food was a little disappointing with cold scrambled eggs, and generally a lack of choice. Room was well equipped, but very overlooked from apartments opposite. Good choice of restaurants around with some beautiful streets near by. Hopefully standards will improve, but generally not a hotel I am likely to return to.

Construction works on both street sides are extensive, dangerous and badly marked by the company carrying out the work, and no signage assistance from the hotel. On the last day of our stay, someone had placed a pallet between pavement and deep road excavations. Health and safety considerations appear to be non existent. On the basis this is improving the area and will eventually be completed, I will be happy to recommend the hotel to friends and family. In the meantime, works are likely to continue for, probably 4 weeks from until mid or end of April 2024.

At the time of our visit, roadworks were taking place all around the hotel making access less than perfect. (Once finished, the square in which the hotel sits will be very pretty). The staff were very friendly and helpful but, despite the grand entrance, the hotel lacks communal seating areas and other amenities. There are, however, plenty of good restaurants within easy reach. The express bus to the airport is, also, only a short walk away.

Family of four stayed in adjoined rooms. Good hotel. Lots of eating options around. Long distance from attractions but Bolt is cheap so we walked to the attractions and took Bolt back. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe neighbourhood. Maintenance right outside the hotel while we were visiting. Nice breakfast but expensive. Juice and coffee available all the time free of charge. Our room was on the 6th floor and the thermostat was set to 25 degrees and the maintenance couldn’t do anything about it. I could feel the gush of warm air. The hotel gladly offered us new rooms but there was no door in between so we turned the thermostat off and opened the window. Also, no cold water in the shower. We could still take a shower but it wasn’t comfortable.

Hi the hotel itself was lovely but unfortunately during my stay the road at the entrance was all dug up and there was no safety measures put in to allow u to leave or enter the hotel. U had to walk through dirt and rubble which wasn't ideal .
