Overall good.
Easy to check in and out online. Clean apartment, near center. Nothing special but a overall a good accommodation that i could recommend.

Mi experiencia con los encargados de gestionar las reservas ha sido muy negativa. Se han comportado con desprecio e irrespetuosamente. Para poner la guinda en el pastel, segun ellos, me he alojado allí, después de haber sido yo ignorado por ellos. Desaconsejo totalmente a cualquier persona que apueste por un turismo de calidad que reserve cualquier alojamiento, en cualquier parte del mundo, que tenga alguna relación con esta gente.

For self checkin online from sent. Doesn't work at all. Called property, NO ANSWER REPEATEDLY. Even the booking agent couldn't get through. Therefore had to visit reception far away from the actual staying location. Picked property because kitchenette WITH microwave - there was no microwave in property

Eine günstige und minimalistisch Unterkunft
Das Zimmer hat dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis entsprochen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Nachteilig war, dass der Raum so klein war, dass man fast keinen Platz hatte um 2 Handgepäckskoffer hinzulegen. Außerdem sind die Wände sehr dünn, weshalb man die zufallenden Abschlusstür, Reinigungspersonal oder andere Gästen laut auf dem Flur hören konnte. Die Küche ist auch minimalistisch ausgestattet, aber es war alles da, was man braucht. Wirklich kochen kann man auf dem einzelnen Kochfeld jedoch nicht. Für unsere 5 Übernachtungen, waren wir alles in allem zufrieden.

Check in was impossible. I never received and email with the directions for check in. I got very lucky i didnt have to stay at a different hotel the first night. Took me 2 hours to get in.

Localização boa porém pouco cômodo
A localização é muito boa e da para visitar os principais pontos turísticos a pé se estivermos prontos para caminhar. Relativamente ao quarto em si, ficámos desiludidas com a falta de espaço para arrumação. A comodidade dos hóspedes não foi bem avaliada. Tivemos q manter as roupas dentro das malas que ficaram de baixo da cama. Na casa de banho apenas tem um suporte para uma toalha e nenhuma prateleira que permita a arrumação dos produtos de higiene. Seria simples de tornar a estadia mais agradável: suporte para pelo menos 3 toalhas de banho, fornecerem um tapete para a casa de banho e acrescentarem prateleiras. No quarto, um espelho de corpo inteiro e mais um armário tornariam a estadia menos caótica num quarto que deveria ser pensado para 3 pessoas. Outras informações úteis: dois supermercados próximos, um na esquina. Restaurantes e bares acessíveis a pé. Aconselho o szimpla, diferente de tudo.

The room was nice, except from occasional dark hair found. What was disappointing was turning up at the property only to find out I had to walk 15 min to a property management office to check in and then the codes and walking in is a bit confusing. Reading instructions before booking would be useful.

Avantages: Proche du centre, bas prix, bon lits, bonne wifi. Désavantage: La cuisine est commune, petite et finalement inutilisable. La salle de bains est vraiment petite. La chambre également. La réception est en dehors de l'hôtel. Elle est ouverte de 8h à 20H.

Pas mal mais à améliorer !!!
Appartement numéro 8 très petit, propre à l’arrivée, par contre on est rester une semaine juste 2 serviettes pour s’essuyer, rien dans la sdb pour accrocher les serviettes. Toutes les douches on étaient fini à l’eau froide !! Un manque d’eau chaude très désagréable que ce soit les douches du matin ou du soir ....Espace petit, on entend tout dans le couloir lorsque les gens passent et repassent ouvre et ferme leur portes à clés. La femme de ménage vers les 8h du matin arrivent pour faire le ménage dans d’autre appartement à côté du coup vous êtes sûr de plus pouvoir dormir. Prévoir au pire des boules pour les oreilles pour dormir. Sinon assez bien situé, de quoi ce garer dans la rue devant l’appartement.

The apartment is very modern and a good location, not far from the Danube river on the Pest side. There is a spar and tesco just down the street for easy access to food, water etc. and there is a shared kitchen within the apartment you are free to use. The office was about 20 minutes walk away from our apartment which was more than expected so we arrived after the 11am check out time but they were absolutely fine with it and were happy to keep our luggage until our transfer (they sorted it all out for us) was due to take us to airport. We had a slight problem when arriving due to the building changing their pin code to get in but the guy signing us in resolved it and spoke good English. He gave us a discount for the slight innocence too. Me and my partner would definitely recommend Hi5 apartments!

Great place but check in before you arrive!
Make sure you check in and arrange a meet up time with company before you arrive to get keys! I didn’t do this because I didn’t check the important information about this place before arriving which was my fault so I was having to run around trying to figure out how to get into the place, thankfully I was able to ring the company and they were so helpful and a member of staff meet up with us very late at night to give use the keys which was great

Arrived on Saturday and went to check in. The check-in and the hotel are in a different location. Arrived to the hotel expecting someone to be there to let us in like we were promised. Ended up waiting for 20-30 minutes. Hotel has no visible signs so we were bit unsure if we were at the right place in a first place. Hotel was clean and looked as the pictures showed. The guy who arrived to let us in was polite and apologetic. Another unsatisfying fact was that our room was on the street side and we could hear everything from the street and outside. Also there was a mentioning about possibility for breakfast but that is not offered.

It was clean and comfortable. But! I expected an entire apartment but it was like a hostel. I felt disappointed as I asking paid cleaning fee. It was my fault that I checked the additional fee later. I regret not having the apartment with the same price. Check-in place is also quite far from the apartment. Had better check it out.

Dear Heo,I'm really happy that you liked the comfort and the cleaning. I'm really sorry that you are unsatisfied with the place and the fees, but as you wrote it is clearly visible when you make the booking. This place is not a hostel, we never share one room with other guests.
