In bustling Bude, find a wide choice of shops for holiday mementoes and local produce, or dine out in one of the many seaside pubs and restaurants. Afterwards, enjoy a sandy stroll along Summerleaze Beach or take a dip in the tidal pool. Further afield, uncover Arthurian legend at Tintagel Castle (16 miles) or discover the picture-postcard beauty of Crackington Haven (6 miles).


Before stepping into this welcoming Cornish cottage, take a moment to admire its wraparound garden laid to lawn and the Mediterranean-inspired exterior, setting the scene for a memorable coastal stay. Head inside and be greeted by a cosy kitchen/diner with wood-panelled flooring and a roaring wood burner. Find all you need in the kitchen for a self-catered stay, then gather at the round dining table set beneath a skylight that floods the room with natural light. Afterwards, follow the rustic floorboards through to the lounge, where soft seating and a Smart TV set the scene for cosy evenings together. On balmy days, swing open the French doors to the garden and let the fresh Cornish air fill the home. For more relaxation, an additional seating area with far-reaching views awaits upstairs, perfect for morning coffee. At the end of each busy day away, retire to a choice of two restful bedrooms: a king-size room and a comfortable sized double bedroom. Both bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms, while an additional family wet room means no shower queues in the morning.


Outside, make full use of the lawned garden that wraps around the cottage.
