Inside

This Widemouth Bay coastal home is split across two levels. Upon entering Chi An Mor on the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. The sitting room centres around a wonderful cosy log burner, which is flanked either side by double doors which can be thrown open onto the decking area, inviting the sea air in. Subtle nautical hues and cosy throws create a feeling of calm, with plenty of modern touches. There is a king bedroom on this floor, which enjoys its own access to the decking area, as well as a modern bathroom with walk in shower.

Upstairs, you'll find the other two bedrooms; immediately at the top of the stairs is the wonderfully spacious master bedroom. A light, airy feel presents itself through the high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows, which overlooks sister property Chi An Treth. There's plenty of spacious built in storage, as well as a modern ensuite with bathtub and double sinks. The other bedroom on this floor is a cosy twin which consists of two single beds, but this can be made into a super king on request. Double doors open out onto a delightful Juliet balcony, inviting plenty of light in, and you'll find a fabulous ensuite with large walk in shower for this bedroom.

Outside

Set in an exclusive private development, you can enjoy use of the communal gardens. Chi An Mor also has its own decking area which wraps itself around the lounge and ground floor bedroom — enjoy a morning coffee here, or dine al fresco with some fresh catch of the day from the nearby local shop. Each beach house here comes with its own private storage shed, perfect for storing away beach gear and the barbecue, and you can enjoy use of the communal outdoor shower to wash off any sand. Widemouth Bay beach is only seconds away, which has prestigious Blue Flag status, and will no doubt provide endless hours of entertainment and relaxation.
