Welcome to our family home, an independent first-floor apartment in the heart of Budoni, recently renovated. It’s ideal for groups or families seeking comfort, relaxation, and a strategic base to explore Sardinia.

The spacious living room features sofa beds, Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, a Nintendo Wii with balance board, books, and board games. For perfect climate control, you’ll find both air conditioning and a pellet stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, air fryer, and all essential utensils. The sleeping area has two double bedrooms with linens, separated by a large bathroom with double sinks and continuous hot water.



Outdoor relaxation and peace



The highlight is the large covered veranda with a table for six and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining. There’s also a washing machine and beach gear (umbrellas and toys). Despite the central location, the apartment faces the back: double glazing, mosquito screens, and blackout shutters ensure total rest. Free parking is always available right outside.

Connections: Olbia airport and port are only 20–30 minutes by car. The main bus stop is 200 meters away—ideal for those traveling without their own vehicle.
