“Vackert inrett och mycket välstädat hotell, fin trädgård, trevlig personal. Området intill är ganska " slummigt" och strandremsan direkt nedanför är inte den bästa. Men det är gångavstånd till vackra Playa Carrillo. Och längre bort på stranden = närmare samhället Samaea är stranden ok Samara”

“Väldigt enkelt. Trevlig personal och bra läge! På plats fick vi av personalen veta att hotellet är under "uppstart" då det varit stängt i många år och nu skall återupprustas! Därav rätt slitet, men poolområde, nya rum och ny inredning är på gång.”

“A great hotel with a nice pool, beautiful garden and good food. Friendly and service minded staff. An extra plus for the large refrigerator in the room. Carillo beach is approx. 2 km from the hotel and is one of the nices and family friendly beaches we saw in CR. If you don't have your own car, the hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the beach every hour. The hotel also brings sun beds and a fresh water shower for the guests to use at the beach. The Wifi is free but very basic so the reception...

“Large clean room, nice bed. Small but nice pool. Amazing location. We stayed “all inclusive”. The food was a bit below expectations at such a quality hotel, and many dishes on the menu was never available. The staff was rather unstructured, late to take orders, forgot orders taken, delivered starters at the same time as main dish etc. Having said that, almost all the staff was always smiling and really tried their best. The drinks were ok. ”
