There are 3 wide bedrooms on the next level, all displaying single beds that can be converted into queen beds upon your request. There are 2 bathrooms with nice finishings.



The best part of the unit is its terrace, with an amazing view of the city, a BBQ and a small minipool.



Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.

Palermo Soho has some of the best restaurants and barse just meters away from this unit.



Getting Around:

This might be one of the best spots for your stay in Buenos Aires, with a wide range of transportation options from buses to subway just a stone throw away.

We can also store your luggage (while the property is being cleaned, inside the apartment in an orderly and locked manner; we do not have a reception in the building) in case you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
