Front desk service people were very friendly, helpful and prompt at handling request. Location was convenient for buses and taxis. Good restaurants within easy walking distance. Pool was very relaxing for swimming.

We chose this place because we wanted to be close to the AEP as we had an early flight to Ushuaia. Also, we wanted a place with staff to help us arrange for a taxi, etc. The place is really close to the Japanese Garden and the Latin American Museum but about 20 to 25 min walk from all the top-notch Parillas such as Don Julio, La Carniceria, Fogon Asado, etc. The room was very modern and clean. Very quiet at night as it was at the outskirts of the main part of Palermo. The staff was helpful in storing our luggage and calling a taxi.

Continental breakfast delivered to your room within 10 min of request. Rooms are a little tired looking but clean. Would recommend and stay there again. Hop On Hop Off stop is just around the corner. Felt very safe walking in the area. A few Large parks very close by. Great location.

Bom, porém foi necessário solicitar alguns ajustes
Satisfeitos, não buscamos nada.tão espetacular, o hotel estava dentro do esperado com localização maravilhosa , acima da expectativa. Café da manhã razoável, limpeza a desejar e sentimos falta de informações. Conforto nem ótimo nem ruim . Café da manhã, era servido no quarto, bem básico nada espetacular porem dentro dos nossos costumes, deixou a desejar o fato de não ter frutas. Não há o serviço de concierge. Até aí tudo bem mas eles não sabiam informar nada, a sensação é de que não conheciam a região . Quanto a limpeza , chegamos muito tarde , já na entrada me deparei com chocolate pisado no chão, e logo percebi que a limpeza não era das melhoras , aliás muito ruim. Havia Poeira no chão e armários, cabeceira da cama marcada com dedos, bem suja mesmo e umas “areinhas” no lençol , bem complicado . Na manhã seguinte mostrei a camareira , pedi uma faxina geral e a troca do lençol. Ela foi muito atenciosa, concordou que estava necessitando a faxina e acabou deixando a quarto impecável . A manutenção da limpeza permaneceu ótima por todos os demais dias . O atendimento da recepção sempre com atenção e prontidão. Porém tudo que perguntei, em especial sobre serviços no entorno, não sabiam informar. Bem deficiente mesmo . No geral, foi bom e fica em aberto ser uma opção para uma nova estadia.

This is a good solution in BA, rooms are large enough and the staff is helpful, the breakfast (served in the room) isn't great but acceptable.

Really nice stay near Aeroparque Jorge Newbery, also not too far walking distance from main areas of Buenos Aires. Rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was really good value also. The staff were also very friendly, also helpful. The facilities looked great too, I didn’t manage to give them a go however, due to being very tired when arriving there. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody staying in Buenos Aires.

A wonderful oasis in Buenos Aires - close to so much in the (Botanic) Palermo. The rooms are LARGE, clean, wood floors, with a balcony, "kitchen" (microwave, stove, sink fridge, electric kettle). Hot water and lots of it. Welcoming! Breakfast is delivered when you phone for it, the room cleaners come at reasonable times. Amenities too - pool, gym. A very comfortable welcoming hotel wthg MANY restaurants close by, in an interesting, walkable area in friendly Buenos Aires.

Great place in good location
Great place with good size rooms. We had a room on the top floor this time. There was a markable difference in the noice from the street. The terras was also bigger. The bathroom is a good size. The kitchencorner is handy, but we didn't use it really. Overal highly recommended

Great place close to sights
Great place to stay close to Jardin Japones and the Eva Perron Museum. Just 15 minutes from Aeroparque airport. Clean room, although could do with a little tlc and some refurbishing. Friendly staff. Pool and spa area are small but very nice.

A great location in the Palermo neighborhood. If you can get on upper floors facing street, then you get great views of parks. Hotel rooms could use a little renovation. But overall a good place.

Although this was a very short stay for us being just a layover, the staff were friendly and helpful assisting us for transportation to the airport in the morning. An easy walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. I would have liked to spend more time here to experience the spa!!

The room-service breakfast was very convenient, and adequate. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The location was great (nice neighbourhood) with lots of good restaurants nearby. Walkable.

Bon Hôtel
Bon hôtel dans un des meilleurs quartiers de BA, notamment pour les restaurants, bars, mais aussi l’aspect calme. Les chambres sont très biens et la petit kitchenette permet de mettre quelques produits de réserve. Très bon hôtel pour quelques nuits. Attention pour ceux qui veulent être proche de l’obélisque…, taxi ou bien métro facile d’acces

Great place to stay - close to AEP airport, restaurants, good size room with facilities. Air con struggled a little to cool the room and had to ring for milk for coffee. Were able to store luggage there for our return in a few days time which was extremely convenient. Would stay there again.

According to the Expedia booking site, payment at the property with the local currency came to less than 27000 pesos plus tax. However, on arrival we were told 34414 pesos. When we asked why so much the receptionist said they charge us for the Expedia commission. We said no, you are over charging. We immediately contacted Expedia and they have a file open investigating the matter. Upon arrival we met two very rude men who were speaking to each other under their breath. One did the calculation and told the other guy what to charge. They did not smile or greet us. When we asked for a proper receipt with the breakdown of the cost, they refused and told us we are not Argentinian and he gave us a receipt of 393 and a receipt for 34414. We want to pay as Expedia showed on its site, no less, no more. Please refund us the balance.
